They gave us exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They even let our kids see how the shirts are made when we went to pick up today! Everything Ive gotten from them has been expensive, and adds an obesity tax if you need anything over XL. The items also all began to fall apart within months of receipt. Also - if it doesnt fit, too bad. No refunds.Addition: Just because its industry standard doesnt make it right or okay.

I appreciate the patience and professionalism of J.C. Manny Logo Apparel Co. Fresh into my t-shirt business venture, I had a few unpleasant experiences with other places just before calling this company about a year and a half ago. The employees were very welcoming and although my purchases are typically small (12-24 shirts at a time) I always feel just as valued as if I were spending a fortune with them. They help me explore different options, walking through their catalogs for various shirt, hoodie and hand bag styles for my logo and I never feel hurried or in the way when I come in or call with questions. I love the welcoming and valued experience I get each time I do business with them as well as the quality of the items I purchase. If something I come up with is in question, they are always honest and up-front before any work is completed or purchases made. So far, I have not been dissapointed yet. I would certainly recommend, not only on the strength of their quality production, but also because of their attentiveness, intentionality, and their exceptional customer service.

I totally ruined the number on my daughters volleyball jersey this morning (game day). I took it to a print shop who was unable, and seemingly unwilling, to help me out in fixing it. I brought it to JC Manny and they made a new number and fixed the jersey within a few hours. They also made sure the other numbers on the jersey were securely on as well. Thank you so much! I will definitely go to JC Manny first, next time I ruin something! When I picked up the jersey, they wished my daughter luck in her game and seemed happier to help me out rather than charging me for the repairs. Thank you again

Poor customer service. Not willing to help clients who have been impacted by the Coronavirus. Ill never use again.

Began corresponding with Pat the owner late last week reguarding a small order of 5-6 plain non-printed tees. I informed Pat I was aware that JC Manny was a printing company as I have used them for five years for my tee needs. Pat responded with a price point for the plain tees and information on how to order, even told me there would be about a 3 day turnaround. Monday morning 3/5/2018 arrives and I went to order these shirts and Pat was now unwilling to help. Sending me a snarky email in response to my order stating you know we are printing company?When I responded reminding Pat that just last week I was given the information and go ahead to order, this person shut down and stated they are overwhelmed with orders and thanks for understanding. No offer to help. Just a blanket statement of sorry that was mixed with contempt and snark.Now, this isnt my first dealing with Pat. When placing orders over the past five years I have been met with similar disdain with every question I send or adjustment I add to my order, even if it is within the timeline given to make changes. This lackluster customer service is nothing new for JC Manny and Pat. There are several new print shops in the area that have great quality and amazing customer service. Check those out, they dont seem to be as overwhelmed and are always willing to help.
