We were in a worst case scenario and needed a hospital bed immediately, the folks at Lincare came through and we got a bed really quickly - the same day! Everyone was kind and appropriate, the equipment was brand new and we couldn’t be more thrilled.The equipment is wonderful, the driver was very nice. Be forewarned, the paperwork he has to complete is unnaturally burdensome. We had to give our address and phone number at least three different times - really annoying.

Lincare medical services is the best medical equipment service business that there is!!!!!!!!!!! They were open on a Saturday 🌆 Evening !!!!!!.... They even deliver your medical equipment straight to your door!!!!! Amazing 😁😁😁

Lincares billing continues to be a nightmare. I set up auto billing twice and they just called me saying I didnt pay my bill of 111.58. I also corrected the lady on the phone several times on how to pronounce my name and she continued to say it incorrectly. Im not going to deal with this company any longer.

I can not thank these people enough. Scott went out of his way in a Sunday afternoon to make sure I had everything I needed to safely travel with Oxygen. Recognizing I would need to move the regulator from tank to tank to make it home, he gave me his wrench to take with me. That’s thoughtful care. I wish more people were like that.

Wow! I have to agree with Judy Gaines. I’ve had great customer service and everyone I’ve dealt with has been polite, friendly and helpful. Sure, sometimes I’m put on hold but seldom for long and unfortunately that’s not unusual these days. And at least they don’t have looping phone trees. Thanks Lincare.

Spoke with Drew, horrible customer service. Does NOT hold appointments, reschedules the day of. Gave my family the run around when my Grandma died and would not pick up her bed. Very inconvenient. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Worst company ever! Not only to work for but as a company. I feel terrible for everyone here that had loved ones that had to experience this disgusting excuse for a company. They do not even deserve the one star. The managers are disgusting human beings and patient care is NOT top priority its MONEY.

What a horrible company! Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere! I waited well over a month to hear back on getting CPAP supplies with no result. As a result I missed my deductible window at the end of the year because of it. When I called the question them, the man that picked up answered with a what do you want! I was them promptly placed on hold for over 15 minutes without ever speaking to a soul. I tried to call back...but was hung up on. No thanks, I am done. Unprofessional. Rude. Way to do business folks.

I ordered supplies over the Lincare automated phone procedure, the order was not completed, nor was there a record of it being placed according to their staff.The contact person knew what I needed and what the insurance provider approved at this time. I feel confident that I will receive the supplies in about a week, as promised.Two suggestions for changing Lincares procedures;1. Install caller I.d. on all customer contact lines. Due to the endless nuisance calls, we attempt to filter all unknown callers.2. Create a secure web based system to permit the customer the choice of ordering supplies online, and include customer records of the approved supplies, insurance limitations, and follow-up order tracking.

Very brief experience with them but they are awful. Very unorganized. Leave you on hold forever. Say they cant deliver equipment the next day, but I can pick it up instead... then when I arrive, theyve already delivered it. Total waste of time. They tried to brush it off as funny Not so much.

If i could give a zero star rating i would. Anyone who trusts this company with their health needs or a loved ones health needs should think again. I ended up with Lincare bc the riverside nicu set my daughters oxygen needs up for us when she was discharged. First they promised delivery at 5 pm and didn’t show up until 10 pm and when i questioned the guy about it he pretty much snapped on me. Got very little instruction and supplies at the point of delivery as well. Then one of the machines they gave me turned out to be bad so they replaced it with another broken machine! Called and spoke to Sarah in oxygen abt my concerns with their business she apologized and assured me they would do better. Last Monday i called in for new tanks and supplies and told him i was literally down to nothing on supplies. Drew told me i would have to pick my daughters tanks up bc they had training they were doing and unable to deliver for 2 weeks.(Btw i am wheelchair bound as well). Then he changed his mind and said they could deliver on Friday. Friday i got tanks and zero supplies other than cannula tubes. I explained again i now have zero pulse ox strips to monitor my daughter heart rate and oxygenation and she needs to be on the monitors. He gave his word i would get it in 2 days via mail and today is day 3.still nothing. Called lincare again spoke to drew again and he said someone would call me back with follow up. no one called . Tonight my daughters apnea machine keeps alarming and i am unable to determine if it’s real or not bc i can’t use the pulse odometer due to having no supplies. I now am stuck trying to use what little Medical knowledge i have to determine if this is emergent or not. Hovering over my baby constantly checking her color instead of getting my much needed rest. It’s clear that they don’t take the lives of their patients seriously and they don’t care. Looking for a new provider in the AM. Wondering where i can report them to as well. If they are going to be in the health field they should take their patients lives more seriously and atleast present to care.

To say there services sucks would be a complement. You order supplies and they dont show up you call and they tell you something must have gone with the order you get your supplies 4 weeks after you order them.

My cpap supplies come on the autoship system. This YEAR I never received the head strap that goes with my Nuance Pillow system. Both packages that I received on the suotship said that there was NO head strap included. I called Lincare over a month ago and after a 30 minute wait on hold I explained that my strap had finally broken and I couldnt use what they had sent. The support person told me they would send out what I needed and I should receive it via UPS. After 2 weeks I called again. I was put on hold for over an hour when I finally hung up. I actually recorded the time as proof. I still have not received the headstrap. I went on Amazon and bought what I needed. I couldnt go without the cpap any longer. I dont have a weight issue. My brain doesnt tell me to breathe at night. Lincare appears to have NO customer service. Just a receptionist who apparently doesnt answer the phone. I will be shopping around for a new service.

I wish I was a way to write a review and not give them any stars this is the worst company ever. it took almost three weeks to get a bed extender for my husbands bad and hes 6ft 6 and it will not provide a air mattress and the hoyer lift is junk that they provide as soon as I can switch to another company and most definitely will be as soon Im switching

Im sorry to read the complaints.. truly sad that you all have had the problems in such desperate situations.. . Honestly I have never had any problem with anything Ive needed... no wait time, always kind, orders filled promptly for OXYGEN and breathing machine medicines & apparatus thank you Lincare! Please help others

8-10-17 I have a baby whos on oxygen and i put in an order last night for supplies. Well here we are 7 at night and i dont have my supplies for my son.Well i called after hours and a lady jane answers and is a complete smart a $$ and very rude. She asked for my information and said shed have a driver call back and then before I could say anything I was hung up on. Then 45 mins later I call back and that time she asked for my sons info ( i dont see why she didnt ask that the first phone call) and repeated that someone would call and i spoke and said you said that about 45 mins ago are you sure ? And she says yes and hangs up.When my son was being released from the hospital I was told that lincare is very reliable and no matter how big or small an issue always call and theyd be glad to help. Well this is the first occurance we reached out to lincare and i do not feel customer satisfaction at all. Jane made my husband and i feel like an annoyance. Its hard bringing home a child on monitors and oxygen and the lady should understand that and have a better compassion for her job. Very disappointed with the lady who we dealt with on the phone. She was truly rude and unprofessional and incompetent to even show an ounce of consideration for the familys that call lincare for assistance.9-14-17I made an order for some foot probes for my son and the lady told me next day ups should deliver.Well 2 days passed and i called after hours and explained I needed them and it was an emergency and the driver said to me well make what you got last i dont know what to tell you then i explained to him my child is not permitted to be off moniters at this time and i have no supplies and he continued to complain about having to make the drive and saying 8 oclock at night is ridiculous. His name was Steve.... and when he arrived to my home he asked the name of the lady who took my order and said hed like to have a word with her.... however the supplies were delivered the next day ( 3 days late)I wouldve called to complain about the service I got but lin care doesnt answer the phone during their office hours....My son is close to being off oxygen and Im so happy to not have to deal with the rudest people Ive ever dealt with. And whatever is going on in their personal life where they are ok with being that horrid to ppl already going through so much i hope gets better

My CPAP rx sat at their office for 3 weeks before I called them. Somehow it got missed. Then I went to my apt for instruction on my equipment and apparently they had my head gear last week, but now its gone. I havent seen how equipment resupply is going to go, but I dont have a very positive outlook on it.

My wife needed an oxygen unit. Unfortunately, the hospital has a contract with DASCO. We’ve had poor service with DASCO and refuses to do business with them. I’m so pleased that Lincare was able to assist us. The gentleman who delivered the supplies we needed was professional. I can highly recommend Lincare. I need CPAP supplies and I’ll be contacting them! Rev, Dr. Robert S. Bush, J.D.
