I went in to buy one of those hair brush hair dryers and when I got home to unbox it, I found the box to have been already opened and the product already USED. There was someone’s blonde hair all over the bristles and I just can’t believe they put that back on the sales floor without inspecting it, especially since it was a return. I didn’t even get an apology for it. They should be careful about certain returned products and putting them back on the sales floor, especially during these times. Made me very uncomfortable.

I still like the value, however my last visit I overheard an employee complaining about another employee and I was so disheartened I had to leave. This negative behavior should be discouraged by the management. Im not sure where the management was that day but Im sure they would have felt the same way as I did.
