Excellent service, I worked with Anthony and he clearly has a thorough knowledge of the inventory. I didn’t expect to be able to purchase an adjustable bed within my budget but he worked with me and I’m thrilled with what I was able to purchase for the price. He was very respectful of my budget - “upgrades” were suggested/offered but not pushed on me. I’m really looking forward to getting my new set and would highly recommend a visit to this location if you’re mattress shopping.

Christopher, our sales person, is terrific! He offered us full explanations of each mattress and its strengths and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. My mom was placed in assisted-living pretty abruptly and we had to scramble to get a mattress and a box spring I had heard that the location of Westfield was excellent… When I went over and met the store manager Anthony he was absolutely amazing showed me everything that I might be looking for… Let me try a bunch of different mattresses… Ask me questions about my mom‘s current bed and the bed that she has temporarily now and he dialed in the perfect bed for her!.. Going in to the store, I had no idea what I was looking for. The two salesmen were so kind and funny, gave me advice, and helped me try out beds until we found my perfect match. They went out of their way to provide amazing customer service and they saved me a LOT of money with various discounts. I could tell that the employees here really care about their customers. I had the best experience today at matress firm in Westfield. After having a bad experience at a store not related to matress firm. I called Anthony and Chris were pleasant and friendly to speak with over the phone they told me what they had in stock. My husband and I were greeted at the door and had great customer service. Because of Anthony I was able to leave same day with a mattress. I will definitely be going back especially if those two gentlemen are there.

The transaction has not been completed (not delivered yet) but so far everything has been good.

My experience at mattress firm has been the ultimate positive professional time in a long time. I was greeted immediately when I was in there. I went in there for a certain bed and bought a more expensive bed which was clearly a better deal I got a good discount on it. I’m excited to get my new bed which will come in one week and I’m far away from where I bought the bed but they are willing to deliver it way up here in New Hampshire. Going to Mattress Firm when Chris S and Anthony S we’re working was a blessing from God. I have been dealing with sleepless nights and waking up in pain now for months. Was not looking for myself but for a mattress for my husband. During the conversation mentioned that I made a purchase online, was having very bad problems and faced an unknown wait time to receive the mattress.Long story short, these guys came through. Financing no problem, keeping the cost right where I needed it, no problem, a mattress that felt like l did not even imagine I could feel at this point-no problem. And it kept getting better, delivery, removal a cover and sheets! All in my price range. And they deliver tomorrow.Hope to be feeling better within a short time. Between the mattress and therapy I feel like it will be possible.

Evan doesnt typically work at this location I believe his home store is Chicopee but he helped us yesterday. Super friendly, kept distance and wore a mask. Sadly they didnt have the mattress type we came in looking to try out although we did try others while we were there. We left to go to another store that had the mattress we wanted to try but came back to purchase from Evan. Thanks for your help Evan!

The salesman I spoke with on the phone was very professional. He was extremely helpful In figuring out what type of box frame I needed for my Purple mattress. He consulted with his associate, and together they advised me to purchase a metal box spring. I needed it in a hurry. It will arrive Saturday (today is Thursday).

Mr. Knowells was absolutely fantastic and very patient as he answered all our questions over the phone. His expertise about the industry was welcoming and very informative. At no time, did Mr. Knowells pressure us into any particular product as he guided us online via Mattress Firm’s website. Once our research was completed we were very impressed with his knowledge on every product he recommended. Mr. Knowells ability to explain in full detail the difference between each product was very professor like. We were able to see the mattress we selected in the state of CT since MA wasn’t allowing customers into the store. Once the decision was made to purchase our selection Mr. Knowells sent us a link via email and we paid the balance online. Mr. Knowells definitely had the ability to adapt and overcome during these times of uncertainty with Covid-19. The entire purchasing process was remarkable and outstanding.
