Easy on easy off Rt 20. Various selections of beer,wine and hard liquors. Came up up from Pa.and was able to get a beer that they had problems getting for me down there.

Nice variety, from a big wine selection to craft beers. Convenient location. Not too friendly staff and usually a line to pay. Clean and ample parking.

I like this redemption center, they take all kinds of returnables. I like putting them into the machine instead of placing them in cardboard flats. I wish more places had these machines. Its especially fun putting in the glass bottles and hearing them smash. : )

Friendly staff

Reasonably well setup and a pretty good selection of just about everything. It doesnt have the same huge selection as Table and Vine in West Springfield, but they still have a sizeable selection of just about anything you could want. The prices are good and the staff is always pleasant.

The store is actually great. They helped me find things for Christmas gifts that I did not think would really be available. They have a great selection of beer and wine. My only problem is the change in the bottle (container) return system. They used to have a large area where you could bring your deposit containers and they would tally them and give you a receipt to redeem in the store. Since late 2017 they have eliminated the staff there and gone to a machine redemption system like grocery stores. You have to feed in each can/bottle individually. Problem is that the last few times I have been there the machines fill up before I have deposited all of my returns, and they have a very limited number of machines that accept plastic bottles (only 2). When machine is full is says to call staff but there is no phone or way to call staff. When I notify the staff in the store it takes forever and I give up. I may have to take my business elsewhere.

Largest selection of beer, wine, and spirits in Westfield. They have machines to use for returns. Prices vary on product. Majority of the staff are phenomenal and super helpful.

The female manger is RUDE!! She stated to a 26 yr old man from NC that she would not sell him beer because it was a Westfield law that no one can buy with an out of state license. I called the Westfield PD to verify & was told that was a LIE!! The officer said that if they had a problem with the ID they could call the PD to verify its validity. When I called her to tell her it suddenly turned into a Massachusetts regulation. When I called her out on it she was rude & belligerent and she didnt attitude ( cause I basically said she was a liar) then she hung up. Funny cause he spent $200 the week prior. They will not be getting any of our familys business anymore & we will spread the word how lousy business people they are.
