I had a horrible experience here.... The director of sales, Sarah? Shes too pushy and as soon as she realizes you arent going to purchases a dress she gets rude and disrespectful. As for management, a girl named Megan is horrible at handling customer satisfaction issues. I wonder if she even has experience?? I am so disappointed and I hope the owner Remy reads this. The gowns are gorgeous but the personnel is horrible and leaves much to be desired. Id sooner go to Kleinfelds than this place.

After incessantly searching for a dress, I finally ended up at Exquisite Bride in Milburn. I opened the doors to their beautiful boutique and knew that if I did not find something here, the one didnt exist for me. In addition to the plethora of beautiful dresses and variety of high end designers, the lovely ladies that worked there were key in finding the dress. After explaining what I was looking for they let me pull some dresses and their staff added a few of their own that they thought would be perfect for me (Thank you Sareh Nouri). Well, Sarehs pull was the one! It was soo beautiful and everything I had wanted and more. After finding my wedding dress, working with Megan on accessories and working with their wonderful seamstress made every appointment thereafter an enjoyable experience. I looked forward to my appointment each and every time and was sad when it came to an end. We ended with a hug and a memorable experience and I encourage every new bride to stop by Exquisite Bride. No other can compete!
