They never answer the telephone when you call. But of course we shop at Walmart because of the low prices not because of the customer service, which is and always will be terrible. Ive live near the Westfield, MA Walmart and they have ALWAYS had terrible customer service. Well maybe not all the time. I have met one or two nice employees and they make up for all the others who never know how to help. Some dont even speak English when you ask for help. A supervisor told me that they dont have to. They say they still have to hire them. It would be discriminatory. Even Walmart employees have told me that they cant communicate with the other employees who cant speak English. WOW. Is this crazy or what.

Curbside pick up

Truckdrivers, do not try to park here to rest or to shopping too. On May 11, 2020 I was there on bobtail for shopping. Spent no more than 15-20 minutes inside. After shopping, I did find near my bobtail towing truck. Looks like manager from that walmart has brain similar like in child 9 years old.

Love shopping there. Most prices are reasonable and they have everything you could want in one store. One stop shopping @!!
