The staff is very polite and they have nice quality products for a reasonable price. This is one of the best places to buy gifts for adults.

Staff was racially profiling me and the people I was with, was casually shopping around the area and they kept staring and asking if we needed help and followed us around the whole store even while others were in there and did not do the same to them. Even asked to hold my things at the counter which they didnt do to anyone else. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and I will not be shopping here again.

I must have been invisible. Only one sales associate on the he floor. She spent 1/2 hour helping another customer to buy one knife. She acknowledged me, but didnt make any attempt to help, or call another person to help. I needed a Dutch oven, will buy it online and get better customer support

My favorite Williams-Sonoma store. All staffs are kind, happy and friendly. There is always something exciting. Very noticeable on the street, there is no way to miss the store.

The sales associate was very nice and helpful. The store may be small, but there is still so much to choose from. If you dont see want you want, the sales associate checed on line to locate the item.

This is normally a favorite place. My family loves WS and between my in-law family and family of origin, we spend lots of money there every year. A few days ago, I went in with a return without a receipt. It was a gift that came to me without a gift receipt. I looked it up online, saw that it was on sale and expected to get a gift card minus any discounts that it might have had. The merchandise was clearly tagged with the WS labels, had a sku, and was unused.What actually happened was this. I went to the store and said that I was returning merchandise without a receipt. The person looked at the merchandise, and cheerily told me that I could not return it without a receipt. I was so surprised and embarrassed that I didn’t say much and left. While he was not rude, he spoke loudly enough that others could hear, and observe and I felt as if I had done something wrong. It’s not the way that you treat people who you want to do business with. Surely I was not the only person who had ever tried to return something without a receipt. This was a major retailer and I was returning their unused, clearly tagged merchandise and I couldn’t even get a gift card for the lowest price that it sold for? That didn’t make sense to me so I left and called customer service from my car.WS customer service was helpful. While they could not verify that this was their return policy, they did ask if they could look up the person who gave me the gift in the system. They found the gift quickly by looking in the system to see if it was an online order (it was) and when I asked, told me that the store could have looked it up as well.I returned to the store after the phone call with the information and returned the merchandise to a different person. I told her what had happened and said that this had not been a good customer service experience. The person who told me that I could not return the item called over and said that he had forgotten that he could have looked it up to see if it was an online order in the system. As he seemed to be someone with experience or in charge, I have difficulty believing that he forgot that he could check orders in the system.I was able to return the item and he did something in the system so that I could exchange the item on that day instead of waiting for a gift card in the mail, which I appreciated.The experience left me uncomfortable. It’s hard to make up for being cheerily sent away when a few simple questions would have changed my negative experience into a positive one.

Over prices garbage, would not recommend. You can find the same stuff or better for half the price at other reputable kitchen supply stores.
