I stopped in this week in search of a gift for my goddaughter. I was disappointed to overhear how unkind the manager was to her employees. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. I feel that the atmosphere in a store is as important as the product they provide. I understand a bad day but degrading an employee publicly leaves a bad impression to the customers in the shop. I truly hope that this is addressed. It’s been a couple of days and I can’t stop thinking about it.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place unless you’re white - yep. My sisters and I came into the store on Sunday and was completely ignored from the moment we stepped into the store. We had a question about the dressing room and no one helped until I had to interject myself into their side conversation. If I were the owner, I’d highly suggest you work on your hiring efforts.

Stopped into this shop for the first time with some friends and we were mortified by the way the manager spoke to and degraded one of her employees. I was disheartened but not surprised to see other reviews on here about similar bad behavior and overall unprofessionalism by the manager.

As someone who has worked retail for 11 years, or just as a human being, the way the manager of the store spoke to these little girls working absolutely shook me. They publicly lashed out at their employee in the most embarrassing way I’ve ever seen. Not okay. There are enough reviews for this person to be fired. Horrible.

I was there today and went in around 5:30 and everyone was extremely rude. They said how they were closing soon and vacuuming and cleaning up the whole store. When asked what time they closed today they said 7. Everyone was rude and was also asked to put clothes away. I have never had a bad experience till today

Great local boutique! Trendy and affordable clothing. If something isn’t up front in your size, the staff is always willing to go and check their inventory in the back. So helpful.
