I was in a tough situation where my car stalled. After an hour, I got it started. During that time, my phone also died. I went into the Speedway station on 32 in Westfield and asked if I could charge my phone for a couple minutes so i could call my wife. I was told I couldnt because they are not allowed to let people do that. I shop there almost every day. I like Speedway. But this really bothered me a lot. It was something so simple and easy but meant a lot at the time for me. I recommend Speedway take a look at their customer service policy and consider a revision.

**Update 12/17 - E85 tests today back to back show a drop to 75% ethanol on E85 pumps. Probably going to be this way through winter. Will update after next test.I tested the E85 content and found it to be right at 85% ethanol content a couple weeks ago. Their prices tend to be high at this location and it is a busy station so thats normally good for fuel volume / inventory rotation. Ill keep an eye on content over the winter and spring and try to update as it changes / if it changes. I asked the manager for the E85 ethanol % report from the last two tanks but they were unfamiliar with what i meant. Maybe thats not something theyre provided in Indiana... new here so I dont know for sure.Just be aware their decal on the pump states the ethanol percentage for e85 ranges from 53-85% ... thats a big swing.

Just like most Speedway locations nowadays, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! Sink looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months!

Its a gas and convenient store, some non-maskers amongst the crew and they dont inforce mask wearing of customers who disregard others health.

Management is snappy an not customer oriented. it feels more like slow way then speedway. lines are ridiculously long. I would definitely suggest a refreshment course in customer service.

Updated review: This Speedway location is still the BEST around. Management is top notch. The drink coolers are always very well stocked and they are almost never completely out of anything. Other Speedway managers should take notes from Sandra. If I could give this location 10 Stars, I would.Original review 3 yrs ago :EXCELLENT Customer Service! They are the only store that has been able to consistently keep in stock the cases of Rockstar & NOS that we buy every week. They almost always have our cigarettes in stock as well. The first shift staff are awesome & the manager is top notch. Im sure that other convenience stores that we used to shop at miss our $200+ business each week.

This gas station and convenience store is relatively new. It is a great location. It is well lit at night. The store is clean. The associates are friendly.

Good store that really needs to do a better job cleaning each hour, especially around the soft drink dispensers. Frequently the soft drink counter is a mess--sticky, paper on the floor, etc. Smells like propane stove in the store also.

Won $50 on a $1 scratch off here the other day! The cashier was working alone and very busy but had a positive attitude and good service!

I stop here frequently for lunchtime. The cafe staff has high turnover so i expect a few occasional mistakes with new employees but they need some common sense. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger but got a mustard and swiss. Nastiest thing Ive ever ate. I would have taken it back in and complained but Ive already gotten back to my worksite.

The gas pumps don’t work and the employees won’t help you.
