Dont have these people in your home. Installers complained the entire time they were there because they had to go to another job on the other side of town. They rushed as a result, and gouged new walls which they refused to pay to repair.

I wont lie, my opinion on this company is only just a lot of bit bias. I actually work for this company as a countertop installer. But hear me out. I have worked at 3 countertop companies, I have 6 years experience, and I have done all field aspects of this industry. I can give Classic Stone 5 stars and feel alright about it because the owners/managers care about the customer and the way the product looks in the homeowners house. One of the sayings we installers have is, whatever it takes to make it right. And we as the installers uphold that saying. This company takes every step to ensure that the finish product, whether it is granite, quartz, soapstone, marble, Cambria, or quartzite, is exactly what you want. All the way from your quote with the office, to the template, your experience is personalized. After all the details have been hammered out, our team in the shop carefully fabricates and polishes your custom countertops. Your countertops are then delivered and installed by our trained install crews. As installers we take care to bring every piece in and set them in place for install. Once completed the appointed Lead for the crew will go over the does and donts of your product, cleaning products, temperature related topics, etc. After a quick cleanup of the area the installers are out and your countertops are all yours.

I called as a new client and after the lady heard my name she hung up on me and I heard her complain as she was hanging up. I called right back and she again was very rude in just saying hi. After I stated I was interested in re-doing our kitchen counter tops and asked about lead times of install she said same as everywhere else and her tone was abrasive. I will be taking my business elsewhere as the first line of communication is crucial for a first impression.
