The flavor is great but frosting is very sweet. Overall for a vegan cinnamon roll not bad.

The place smells amazing and has a good selection. Ordered the cookie monster, was disappointed. It should have been warmer and the cookie on top was really cold. It would have been better the the bun was warmer.

I admire the fact that you have the option to choose from Seasonal and/or Signature Rolls or the Build Your Own option, where you customize your cinnamon roll with a choice of frosting and topping(s). Each topping you add is an additional charge. The buns are large enough to share, but after the first bite, youll want it all to yourself.Since there are so many options and combinations to choose from, the staff is very patient. They know flavor combinations and encourage individuals to try new things.Beyond cinnamon buns, they have mini cinnamon buns, brownies, cookies, brownie shots, cookie shots, and an extensive Catering Menu.Even though it is located in the heart of Westfield, parking close by is difficult. There are so many shops and restaurants, that walking off a meal or building up an appetite might be best. Either way, Cinnaholic is a must try if youre in the area. You wont be disappointed.

Very unfortunate to say this but the worst run place I have seen in a while. Very poorly organized and even worse there is a line out the door and some random nobody walks in wanting to do a write up for some web review and rather than tending to the paying customers, everything is tossed to the side the let this lady take some photos of her Cinnabon being made. I won’t be back. Didn’t even get a taste as I canceled my order. Saw the “reporter” at some other spots along the chocolate trail and she didn’t pull the same story at these other spots. I guess she was really interested in getting in and out quick

When I walked in I was greeted by the young lady that came out from the back. She explained everything to me and informed me that everything was vegan and it made my heart smile. The place was so clean and put together. The cinnamon roll was nothing short of amazing. I loved it and will be back for more.

We tried several flavors of the cinnamon buns and loved most of them. We also tried the cookie dough and it was average tasting. We would not buy it again.

Ive tried twice to give this place my business. Its too difficult to ask for a hot coffee here. I wanted a Latte and the machine takes too long to heat-up is what I was told. Then I was offered a regular coffee with Almond milk and I asked the counter person to heat up the almond milk in the microwave. Which didnt happen either, once again, I got a cold coffee without the richness of a sufficient amount of heated or steamed almond milk to make it a satisfying afternoon beverage.

I’ve been coming here frequently and the service is always so friendly. Shoutout to Ellie, who is always sweet and patient even when things get busy. I love that everything is vegan! The cinnamon rolls are delicious and I look forward to my next visit :)

Pretty good for your sweet tooth craving. However, I do think the overwhelming amount of frosting covers up the average tasting cinnamon roll. Good for an Instagram photo and the one time experience, but cannot see myself having this more than once a year.

So we finally tried Cinnaholic and the rolls were delicious! There is a huge variety of topping you can have and I got the Carmel and banana! You really would never know it was vegan and there is no dairy. From what I understand they are made to order which makes them very fresh. The negative to this is we waited literally an hour and 15 min for 4 cinnamon rolls. Sorry, but thats ridiculous. Also, as a non vegan I was a little put off that they didnt have actual cream or milk for the coffee. Im sure vegans hate to go somewhere and they dont have a non dairy option for coffee. This really ruined my morning coffee. It think it is great they opened a vegan option but with the hour plus wait and the fact I cant get a good cup of coffee I wont be back here. I would have given less stars but the owner or manager was very friendly and you could tell he really wanted us to enjoy the food. Also the employees were very friendly as well. I really do wish the owners good luck and hope they do well.

Their cinnamon rolls are amazing. My favorite dessert. However, I’m giving it 3/4 stars because of the service. The service is inconsistent. One day you get someone who seems to be responsive and aware but the next time you might get someone who ignores you while they’re listening to music with headphones. They also don’t always open at 10 am. They don’t have the ice cream they advertise and they rarely have fresh rolls ready. It just seems to be a neglected location.

Let me give a quick recap- I visited the Pike place location in Seattle (see previous reviews) and customer service reached out to me to give their company another try. Well since then, they have opened a location in NJ and was able to visit today. I checked all the display buns, which were nicely browned, and decided to go with: custom bun, raspberry frosting, walnuts and graham crackers.The manager was super friendly and when I got my bun it was perfectly cooked. My complaint from the other place was that the buns seemed underdone (pale and white), but these were absolutely perfect. Perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.Highly recommend this place to those who have specific tastes, as their expertise is in customizing your buns.Please come to NYC soon!!

Tried the brownie and smores buns today and they are AMAZING. They are so delicious and I didnt even realize they were a vegan bakery until someone I know mentioned it. I was seriously sad when the containers were empty! Cant wait to go back :)

Basically a create your own plant based cinnamon bun place. Lots of options and seemed reasonably priced for a nice treat. Will definitely be craving another one soon! The almond frosting is amazing.

I’ve been wanting to try Cinnaholic ever since I’ve seen them on Shark Tank! I’m so happy a location opened up not to far from me. Everything they sell here is vegan. You would never be able to tell these Cinnamon rolls are vegan if they didn’t tell you! I ordered one cinnamon roll topped with cake batter frosting and a container of edible cookie dough with a side of peanut butter frosting. The cinnamon roll topped with cake batter frosting was DELICIOUS! The edible cookie dough they sell here I didn’t care for. I didn’t care how the base tasted, and it wasn’t sweet at all! I absolutely love edible cookie dough from Just Dough IT in Point Pleasant, and I expected it to taste the same as there. Unfortunately, it didn’t! The side of peanut butter frosting I purchased to put on top of the cookie dough tasted AMAZING! 5 stars for all the frostings that are made here! The next time I come I’m going to tell them to top my cinnamon roll with extra frosting since I loved it so much! I definitely recommend trying Cinnaholic in Westfield!

Delicious! Highly recommend, however just know that this is a VEGAN bakery. Theyre desserts taste like regular desserts just to be clear. Also, be mindful of any soy and nut allergies that you may have. Youre able to customize your cinnabuns to avoid nut allergies, but I believe their dough and icing are made with soy.

Service was ok, the Cinnabon was good but so smothered in sauces (I got the s’mores Cinnabon), I couldn’t enjoy more than a few bites. If I come back I would definitely try a Cinnabon with fruit in it versus an overly sugary one.

Great place but always severely understaffed. Employees are overwhelmed every time I come in. Come in if you can wait a little bit for your order, or order ahead for pickup. Be nice to the staff—it’s not their fault!

I have fond memories growing up having fresh hot Cinnabon at Paramus Park Mall in Bergen County. So I was naturally suspicious when u heard about Cinnaholic.Having tried their buns 2-3 times now over about a year, I’d say they are surprisingly tasty. Worth visiting if you have a craving and are nearby!

Can you say YUM? Super tasty cinnamon buns and if Im not mistaken they are also vegan. The minis were a bit of a disappointment, as I thought theyd be fresh but they come pre-wrapped in plastic. If you want fresher, Id say go for the larger ones.

Had company over tonight (Saturday), called an order in at 7:30 for six cinnamon rolls. Arrived at 7:45 and was told sorry, the Baker went on break and it will take 30 minutes for your order. I said no problem, Ill go to my car to wait and return for my order (social distancing). Return 25 minutes later, to sheepish employees who could not even look me in the eye. Is my order ready? Employees huddle in a corner and have a private discussion. One employee saunters away looking down at cell phone... another employee says sorry were out of rolls and were closed.Thanks. 👎

So i wanted to place an order from the UK for my brother and sister in law who live less than 20 minutes from here. Unfortunately, on the day i was trying to place the order there was an error on uber eats. I spoke to a lovely guy called Ryan who went over and beyond and helped me sort it all out. He was fantastic, i hope he still works there when i go to USA, so i can thank him personally.The cookies, brownies and buns went down a treat. My boyfriend and me ordered cinnamon rolls from here through grub hub last night and they were DELICIOUS!! Super soft and moist! I had no idea they were vegan until reading other reviews, which makes me feel even better about my purchase!

Just ordered for the first time on DoorDash. The order came fast and fresh and each item was individually wrapped. We had the old school, Cookie Monster and a chocolate chip cookie. Overall the items were delicious - good frosting and cookie dough. My only disappointment was that the cinnamon rolls barely had cinnamon in them - they were more like sugar rolls with a hint of cinnamon - Which is weird for a place called “cinnaholic”. I sprinkled my own cinnamon which helped but it was not what I was hoping for.

Finally drove to try Cinnaholic and got here just as they opened. Waited 25 minutes and opened the box to find the frosting melted and separated. The bun itself which has the consistency and taste of chewy doughy bread, is not warm (Not sure why the meltdown) The frosting is VERY sweet and theres alot. Very little fruit topping. Some of the other reviews, their photos look awesome. Guess its hit or miss, I also ordered a scoop of cookie dough and that actually tasted like salt (Not in a good sea salt way) Glad I tried it though and Im sure many will continue to love it

The rolls and atmosphere are great for dessert, but the service is lacking. Seems like a lack of training or something similar. Had to wait 40 minutes for two cinnamon rolls on multiple occasions.Definitely want to see this place succeed

Waited half hour first visit. I come back but I tried ordering on line and they said to come in 20 minutes they had not even looked at my order so waited another half hour the bun are good but not worth the wait they need to work on this wont be back. VERY crowded!!

This place is delicious, however, they are requiring masks but so not require that their employees wear masks. I honestly felt unsafe during my trip today. The employees also do not enforce that all customers wear masks.

Finally! A vegan desert for my son’s birthday that even carnivorous guests loved! So happy that we have it in Westfield now! Absolutely delicious brownies and cinnamon buns! But the frosting...the frosting was simply heavenly. Thanks guys! Definitely a winner in my book

I was told by the staff that everything in the establishment is vegan. Spectacular news for me! The cinnamon buns were a bit too much to handle. I wouldn’t advise trying to eat it quickly or all in one sitting if you can’t handle sugar well. It’s super sweet.

Cinnaholic is outstanding! I had the elderberry roll and it was the perfect sweetness with a fruity hint from the jam. I brought a couple other rolls for coworkers to try and they were all so surprised with how great tasting they were. The coffee is also very good. Staff was super polite and patient with my multiple questions. I will definitely be coming back!

This place has been hyped up for a few months now. Im not sure what I expected but I feel like the place didnt meet up to my expectations. The cinnamon roll tasted alright but I could tell it had been kept under a heat lamp for a few hours. The concept is cool and there are tons of options to choose from but I dont think Ill be back to spend $7 on a cinnamon roll.

This is hands down one of the best vegan dessert establishments I have ever been to. I was lucky enough to come across the original in Berkley CA a few years ago and this new location in Westfield is just as good as the original. Everyone should go!

I had an overall great experience here, the staff was friendly. The cinnabuns are fresh and delicious. They are pretty pricey but well worth it. They have tons of options. They also have coffee and an assortment of Teas from NJ.. jersey devil, Scarlett knight, etc. I will be back for sure !

My vegan fiancé and I stopped in after a night on the town and we couldnt be happier with the selection. There are so many tasty options and the cinnamon rolls we settled on tasted fantastic. The staff was both helpful and friendly and service was fairly quick. I look forward to returning!

Prices were very high. Tofu in frosting is disgusting. Vegan= not cool man. Took us a whole hour to get our food. 30 minutes to get to the counter and 30 minutes to get food. $5.60 for a cinnamon roll is crazy. Go to your local grocery store and buy the frozen cinnamon rolls to be honest they’re so much better.

I ordered from here through Grubhub and it took them over AN HOUR to make my order (two cinnamon buns and a cup of coffee). That is insane! We placed the order 90 MINUTES AGO and the poor Grubhub driver just left the restaurant to bring it to us. The driver and I have been texting back and forth for 45 minutes and the Grubhub app showed he arrived at the restaurant for pick up over an hour ago, so I know this is not a Grubhub issue, but a problem with the restaurant. Even if these turn out to be the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had, I will not be ordering from them ever again.

I was told I could buy a 3 pack in a plastic package with frosting on the side. No thanks I came here for fresh cinnamon rolls. Do you sell any minis with the frosting on top? Oh sure, you can buy a dozen for $20 and they will frost them. Ok great, that’s expensive but sounds more fresh. Nope...got home to eat cold cinnamon rolls. I’m disappointed but wasn’t 100% displeased with the taste. I probably should’ve just bought a large one with the toppings but I’m reluctant to spend more money there to be displeased again. They may be compensating for the long wait times from prior complaints by premaking and prepackaging. Not sure it’s a good move. I would have liked fresh, warm minis made to order with the ability to order frosted in boxes smaller than 12. I just hope you take the feedback to heart I spent time to outline as a learning experience and wish you well.

Zero stars if I could. They open at 8:30 am, but dont serve cinnamon rolls until 10 am, but you can buy a cookie or brownie. Unbelievable!!!
