Kurt and team did an amazing job. They removed our existing deck and retaining wall. They put in a beautiful stamped concrete patio, retaining wall and beautiful landscaping to surround it all. We love our new patio! Very professional, hard working and great communication!

Called last year to have someone come out to my home for an estimate along with yard cleanup. No major complaints with the leaf collection, but never heard from anyone regarding the estimate for landscaping services. Figured they just may be busy at that time so thought I’d wait until spring this year and called again to have someone come out for an estimate. The receptionist apologized and said they’ll guarantee someone will come out. This was almost a month ago. I’ve read reviews on how great they are, but the first piece should be providing great customer service out the gate and at least follow-up with a prospective client. Guess my money isn’t green enough...oh well.

I am a tough grader and the KD Landacaping team is Five Stars. We were struggling with how to install an attractive outdoor patio and landscaping. We considered getting a landscape architect but Kurt came out and gave us a new vision and plan for our space. It included a fire pit, stamped concrete, landscape boulders and an eating area. When my wife and I moved back to Carmel in 2013, we used KD Landscaping to remove all the overgrown landscaping around our house and Koi pond, build retaining walls in front of our house and plant new landscaping. We have use KD Landscaping ever since. We also used KD Landscaping to take down trees, clean up trash in the woods behind our house, mow, edge and fertilize our lawn, spray for bugs in evergreens, and trim trees. They have also arranged for a roofer to repair leaks in our roof. The people always meet their commitments, are reasonably priced and will offer advice and suggestions if you want to do it yourself. I recommend KD Landscaping very highly.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our stamped concrete patio. It is beautiful! We decided on using K D Landscaping because a neighbor had used them for a patio and was very happy. KD Landscaping built retaining walls for us and used the wrong size stone. The walls kept falling down. We had to go to court with him to stop the construction. List a lot of money in labor and materials. Had to employ another landscaper to do the work correctly. I do not recommend.

I contacted 2 landscape companies in early December of 2018 for grading work, seeding, sprinkler system and retaining wall to be done in spring of 2019. Kurt met with me and my wife and said he could get work done in December as long as ground was not frozen. I thought he was crazy with the mud. We had 4 nice days before Christmas and he and crew got the work done in 4 days. Kurt gave us some great ideas for around newly installed pool so we ended up adding a firepit and stamped patio off of our main patio. Looks great. Only issue was some minor problems with irrigation system. Would definitely use Kurt again.

Had KD Landscaping come over to my house to give me some ideas about what to do with my front area of the house that was covered in vines and over grown bushes. Kurt the owner showed us his vision of what they could do and showed us different options on his laptop. I gave the ok to begin and in three days they had removed all the bushes and vines. They exented our mulch and planted new bushes, flowers and plants and even a beautiful tree that looks like a small weeping willow.The wife and I were very impressed and we recieved a lot of compliments from the neighborhood. Kurt stopped by during the process to be sure it was going as he envisioned and then again at the end to be sure we were satisfied. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and used them again.Also the cherry on top was a planted had died three weeks later and he came by and replaced it personally at no cost. I forgot to mention he relocated our downspouts so we no longer have water issues near our house. Job well done KD Landscaping!!

K.D. Landscaping is owned by Kurt DeLong and is a highly professional and reputable company for installation and repairs of your underground lawn irrigation system. I had a new irrigation system improperly installed by Xtreme Irrigation on 6/14/2019 of which they would not do followup repairs of my underground lines that were installed by Xtreme Irrigation partially outside of my property boundaries. K.D. Landscaping came to the rescue to put the system back into compliance of my plot plan and to correct many issues that were not installed properly by Xtreme Irrigation. There are very few irrigation system companies that would want to try to fix someone else’s mistakes. But, Mr. Kurt DeLong of K.D. Landscaping addressed all the problems so the system was working properly within my property boundaries. It was a major undertaking that took 4.5 days to complete by 8/8/2019. K.D. Landscaping did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants the best job done, using the best materials and vendor equipment at a reasonable and affordable price. Mr. DeLong was always courteous and honest to help me make the best of a bad situation.

I only wish I could find more businesses like this one to use for home improvement projects.
