Not only is this one of my favorite stores in the Springfield area, I think its one of my favorite stores in all of New England. Staff is always friendly, store is always nice, clean and cool. I always walk out of this store with a gift for someones birthday or Christmas and sometimes I even find something special for myself. They are always getting new items and the shelves change over time. Cant recommend this place enough.

This store is fantastic for outfitting a country themed home. Also love the clearance area. If you need a gift this is hallmark on steroids. Something for everyone!

Owner/ Employees seem to cater to repeat/certain Customers and rarely acknowledge a new Customer that has been my experience when ever I’ve visited there. I get the impression it’s not what you buy but the Dollar amount you spend. I spent $70.00 recently and received a complimentary $1.00 Christmas Pad of Paper, rather insulted .

I LOVE Louis&Clark Country Gifts so much to see and everything in there I wish I could buy. Wonderful place to find great gifts or something for your home.

Sales people are so sweet and nice.They help out as much as possible,even over the phone.I called about a specific item they took a picture of it and sent it to me .It was what I was looking for and set it aside until I was able to pick it up.You don’t find many businesses in this day and age like that.Very pleased 😀❤️

If you would like to get a unique gift for someone this is the place to go. You get a cookie as you walk in, the ladies are amazing and they gift wrap for you. Such a great little place with lots of charm and character. A++
