Our furnace went down in November and the last company we were using (Fuel Services in South Hadley) came out several times and could not figure out what it was. Finally, they told us the pipes must be frozen to wait for Spring to thaw! Thank goodness we had wood heat! Pipes burst in January. Thanks Fuel Services... ugh. Plumber just repaired, but our heat still wasnt working. I was at my wits end! Finally, I called Westfield Fuel. They came out immediately. Figured out the problem within minutes, fixed it and boom heat after 3 months without it. Tom was our technician and he was absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and my personal hero this Winter! I wish I had went through Westfield Fuel first. Would never have had burst pipes and gone without heat all Winter. Oh and never use Fuel Services, they are awful and inexperienced. Westfield Fuel all the way!

My household has been doing business with Westfield fuel for 60 yrs. We have always been happy with their service from delivery, maintance to new instilations. My hope is Noonan will keep the Westfield office open. Kellie has always been kind, helpful and professional.
