Very helpful staff and owner. It is hard for me to find shoes that fit properly & they were patient and thorough, so I have a proper pair of dress shoes that fit now.

Anna os SO SO SWEET.and her staff are friendly.and professional.my husband got me GORGEOUS sneakers and a bracelet for my birthday Nd he got himself a beautifully soft hat. There is a Small, but very choice Selection of shoes for men...in the store. I bought myself 3 pairs and LOVE my purchases. But for Women, it is a Wonderland of many styles! Anna the owner couldnt be any Nicer either! Great Shop!

Had to write this because I just had another really wonderful experience at SOLE, left with 3 pairs of shoes that I love and are comfortable, and that put me in a really good mood. My family has been shopping at SOLE since my little guy, Matthew, was a baby. Since then Ive had another 2 and theyve all gotten their first and many more shoes here, not to mention all of mine. We are treated and feel like we are part of the family. Whenever we pass by my son always wants to go in and give Miss Anna a hug even if we are not buying shoes. We are made to feel special and appreciated and we always find shoes that last forever and look really great even after years, I have a pair that I bought in 2005 that looks amazing and is very much in style. Thanks for being such a fun place to shop and for making my family look and feel really good. We love you and your shoes Miss Anna!

Got my 2 year old daughter a gorgeous pair of shoes on Black Friday. Woman helped us was super friendly and helpful. While the pair we wanted werent in stock in her size the helped us find a pair that fit. Great experience and will come back

Ive visited Sole on various occasions, and its not only the shoes that keep me coming back, but the customer service. Unlike large department stores, this trendy boutique provides excellent customer service as soon as you walk in the door. I definitely recommend stopping in here and checking out their leather boots, the quality is incomparable. This is definitely the place to feed your shoe addiction!!

The store has beautiful shoes however this review has more to do with costumer service. The owner was late to open by over 15 minutes, customers were waiting outside for her with their children. She simply walked past us never apologizing for being late, opened the door and let it shut behind her not holding it open for myself who had a stroller or the other customer who had two small children with her. Once inside she never asked if we needed help. I did see some beautiful shoes for my daughter however walked out after several minutes. I instead purchased her shoes at a childrens shoe store in town that I have been using for 9 years. I will not return to Sole.

Sure they have gorgeous shoes for kids. But when they sell shoes that are too small for a 5 year old that is not reliable..not sure they really know how to size kids for shoes (my older daughter had an issue as well)...(my sister took my younger daughter shoe shopping for her bday- she got huge blisters after 1 hour at school)..could not wear any shoes for about 2 weeks.. Went to the store to tell my story ...owner wasnt even interested in understanding the circumstances or offering any solutions... she immediately said oh sorry cant help they are worn..i said yes they were worn for 1 hour at first day of school..she was dismissive with the oh so sorry dear look....no attempt to offer an exchange for anything else in the store...or even a lollipop to my daughter who couldnt understand why the lady would not help her shoes....on top of which she accused me of polishing the shoes which was not case at all.......we have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store....that was the last cent.....having gorgeous shoes is one thing..i would rather spend my money supporting a local store that cares about their kid customers .... i will certainly not recommend this store to anyone..

Anna is amazing - so helpful and i have loved all the shoes i have bought from her over the years! great quality - stylish and a fun, cute store that has shoes, jewelery and an owner who is willing to take the time to find you something you will LOVE and can afford. She always has something on sale and the value is very good. I have come here for YEARS with my daughter - she is now 10 - and we have bought her school shoes, dress shoes and even fun sandals over the years here. Not one issue with anything and if there was i am confident that Anna would work with me on it - shes very attentive and wants you to have the best. I highly recommend this oasis of shoe heaven - and beats any mall or zappos anyday!
