Beware with the service dept. I have been changing my oil and filters every 3-4000 miles and last few month after serving and all point inspections I found out my fluid brake fluid wasnt checked or refilled; windshield fluid wasnt topped and the filters I have been paying every time to be replaced were never changed...I have always been attended by Sam and just today by Garrett. Everytime I go in they seem to be focused on what I need to change and update more than working on what brought me in. Boch Honda is all about milking its customers than performance. These are the filters just changed by Boch Honda. Shame on you Boch!!

TLDR Im thorough with Boch Honda West service and taking my business to Advanced Auto Sciences in Acton. Also to any Honda Service Reps No I dont want to talk to you about it.So I have two stories. The first more recent one, my wifes card had her check engine light come on, so we took it to Boch Honda West to have it checked out, they ended up charging my $273 for diagnostic, $60 for an oil change, $4.75 sale tax plus $33 for environmental. for a total of $371.49. They then told me what the issue was and that it was going to cost about $2200 total to fix so about $1900 more. Thats when I decided I didnt want it fixed and I wanted a second opinion. I call several times with no pickup, so we just went down, told them that we didnt want to have it fixed today, and just wanted to pick it up. They said it was all taken apart so it would take some time to get back together, so we waited for about an hour.Right before we were to get the car back we were approached by a sales manager, who was angling to get us to buy a new or used car we declined, and paid the $371. Then on our way out to get the car, we were approached by the service manager, who wanted to talk to us. We declined and said no we dont want to talk about it and left for Advanced Auto Sciences. We dropped the car off and they got back to us the next day saying what the underlying cause of the issue was and that it was only $236 to fix.So I told Advanced Auto Sciences that they had new customers and made an appointment for my car(also a Honda ) to have an oil change.The second story involved my car a 2016 Civic and the AC. About a few years ago toward the end of the summer, my AC stopped working took it in, they said it was a leaking hose, and it costed about $700 to replace and recharge the AC. Next Year it wasnt working took it in again this time they said it was a pipe leaking, another $700. Took it on a drive to Maine over the weekend and it stopped working. Took it back, very annoyed at this point, they took another look and said it was actually the condenser and would cost something like another $2000. Did some research and apparently this was a known issue by Honda, and class action law suites were starting, After talking to Honda they agreed to fix the condenser. Although I didnt get the $1400 back from the previous two fixes. I should have walked away from Boch Honda after that.Long story long, Ill never set food in Boch Honda again and will go to Advanced Auto Sciences instead.

If you dont mind your dealership that you bought your car from sending you letters that claim they will give you buckets of $$ for your car....only to find out when you visit the dealership to get the details that it was really just an incredibly weak attempt to get you in the dealership so they could apply high pressure sales tactics ...then you have the right place.I cant tell you how refreshing it is to hear things like Are you prepared to buy a car today if I answer the question?There really should be a zero star rating available.

Went to help my husband look for a new car. I ended up with a new vehicle unexpectedly. Went on the last day of the month. Sales rep was very good at meeting every objection I had with an answer. I went home having signed a lease. They matched my payment needs because they wanted to lock down a deal by end of month. Not a bad experience. Not a great one either. It was like all other dealerships Ive been to. Truthfully, had I personally been looking to get a new car, this may have been a really positive experience, but I made a rather rash decision in the frenzy of the moment. At least its a very solid vehicle (new CRV Hybrid)! Side observation: Dealership had A MASSIVE sign at the entrance stating that masks ARE required for everyone inside the dealership. Hubby and I wore ours, but only about 20% (I counted) of the customers and staff were masked despite offering masks at the front desk for those who forgot the rule.

I always take my cars for service here. Did bought our recent SUV from them as well. Had some hiccups on car sale side but the service team is excellent. I have painted wheels and during a puncture repair, they scratched the paint on rims. Was very disappointed despite my upfront concerns. Had inconvenience for a day but they politely acknowledged and corrected their mistake.Always ready to match the price on service side as well. The service team over here rocks.

Bought a car from them and I was told that I would receive the car within 72 hours. Its been two weeks. Still have not received the car. The salesperson who sold it to me has never once reached out to call me about the status of my car. Ive been trying to get in touch with a Sales Manager for over an hour now and no one has called me back. Im very unsatisfied with my experience and am considering terminating the sale at this point, seeing as I do not have a vehicle to drive right now.

!!!Make sure you are aware of this!!!The prices quoted are already inclusive of the 3% cash/check discount. When using a credit card the 3% is added.This was not told when quoted. I never encountered this in other places.

Don believe misleading promotional letters about trade in values. When Boch sends you a letter promising additional amounts over trade in value for your current vehicle, do not believe them. When you go in they will tell you (contrary to the letter see attached) that the additional amounts are included in the top line so in my case the $7k and the $1k were included in the top line of $26k. This is clearly NOT what the letter says and is just intended to get you in the door - they have no intention of honoring the letter. if you want a new vehicle the salesmen are nice, but this is very misleading. I am taking my future business elsewhere. Update Aug 27, 2021: I contacted Boch after they replied to my review - spoke to manager who promised to explain how the mailing was not misleading and deceptive. Two weeks later after several emails, still no response from Boch - I have filed a complaint on deceptive advertising with the Mass Attorney General. I will NEVER do business with Boch Honda again.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had while contemplating getting a new vehicle. It started by the sales person taking my car keys and avoiding giving them back until I threatened to call the police. I then got bullied by the financial manager who was attempting to force a vehicle purchase on me that I didnt want. Im not so sure how one misunderstood no means no. My wife and I shopped around at many dealers before our final stop at Boch. Our experience with other dealerships was that the sales representatives just didn’t listen to the words coming out of our mouth, they were always quick lipped, shifty and only focused on making the sale. I can honestly say that Boch has the most professional, respectable and courteous sales staff, everyone we dealt with gave us the time we needed and answered all of our questions. Finally, the General Manger Kevin took the time to personally escort us around to different vehicles, he even took the time to talk in depth about sports with our son. Hands down Boch is the best dealer we found, they gave us the most most money for our trade in, and privided the best price on the vehicle we purchased. I highly recommend stopping in at Boch next time your looking for a new or used vehicle.

I ordered a bracket from these guys that was backordered from Honda with no ETA release date. They were one of a few dealers listed in the country that had one in stock. I called Jesse in the parts department, and he was super helpful in locating the part and helping me order it. He directed me to the website to purchased the part and had it shipped out within a few minutes of my purchase. The part came way faster than expected, and I couldnt be happier with this service. The review, the friendliest people until you give them your money and drive off the lot is the most accurate statement I can use to describe the service I received. The services I requested were admittedly done improperly by them and led to the purchase of additional services that would not have made if given all the information requested upfront. When raising concerns they will claim recorded phone conversations are deleted and your claim cant be proven. I feel deceived and would avoid going here at all costs.

I have owned Honda vehicles for years and wanted to upgrade my 2011 Honda Accord. When I went to Westford, I met Larry Gaffeo and he in his patient and supportive way, walked me through the process and listened to what I wanted in my next vehicle. There were only 2 Honda Accord Hybrid vehicles on the dealership in red and Larry helped me through the process. Because the Finance Department had a few glitches, the banking piece got delayed. Larry was so supportive and called me daily to update and helped me through the process of getting the car. Larry went over and beyond to help get the banking resolved and then he personally delivered the car to me as I had no one to drive me to the dealership with my plates. He put the plates on the car and when we arrived back, he took his lunch hour to sit and explain the features of the new 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid. I have been driving this car now not even for 24 hours and I LOVE IT!!! Larrys professionalism is an asset to the Westford dealership. You are so lucky to have him. Revised after taking delivery.The good..Salesman Rami was good throughout the sales process and exceptionally good communicating while waiting for title to arrive. Made sure I was aware of everything as it was happening. If you deal with Rami he will take care of you and will put your needs first. He even drove to my work for me to sign the Title paperwork so it could be registered that day.The not so good...I realize I am not going to get everything for free, but I didnt like the fee structure that pushed the car price well above the listed price. In my opinion, its the not the best way to go about selling a car. prep fee in addition to the standard doc, title, reg, and taxes seemed a bit much. This was not Ramis issue rather this falls back onto the manager and dealership in general. Needless to say I negotiated it out of the deal.Perhaps, I am just spoiled from prior vehicle purchases at other dealerships.Overall...I really wanted to give more stars but, I feel like the experience was needlessly complex when it shouldnt take threatening and actually walking during negotiating to come to a fair deal for both parties.

Love that the last few 5 star ratings are actually employees for the company.. This place is literally a joke. They will scam you hardcore. They charge you a 3% fee when you use your credit card. They are extremely sneaky here with there fees and do not care for the customers. Moe is probably the worst manager I have ever met. He does not care for the customers and will laugh and tell you off. Most of the sales people are shady and they will hire anyone that has a pulse. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place as it is not even owned by Boch himself and by a corporate company. They say they care but honestly the only care about how much money theyre making and themselves. Stay far far far away.

Been getting service here on my car since 2018. Service always is extra busy or running late--a heads up if you plan to use them. They are very nice and considerate. They may be going out of business: called to make my service appointment today and I was informed to pay by cash or check otherwise there is a 3% charge to use credit. Usually these tactics are used by businesses going out of business---very low class act for a dealership. Most likely will be my last service here due to this penny pinching. I am sure the Boch family are not hurting that much for money and its not like Hondas dont sell themselves.

I dont post reviews often but I wanted to let others know about my fantastic experience at boch Honda. I was approached by a person that looked a little rough around the edges with a big head and beard and I felt a little intimidated. He turned out to be a big teddy bear and to my surprise he was the general manager Kevin Cregg. You would never know by looking at him that he was the person in charge but after talking to him I knew why. What a great guy! He told me that he grew up in Lowell and loved the Merrimack valley. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Im not sure how much extra I paid for the conversation and service but it was worth every penny. Thanks again to Kevin and his team. Habibbi was my salesperson and Muhammad did my paperwork fast and efficiently. I love this place and will be back for my next Civic!

I fell in love with a car online and sent in a request to check if it was still available and to set up an appointment to come in and test drive it. Katie immediately responded and let me know that the car I had been looking at had just sold. Katie was super patient with me and recommended other vehicles I might be interested in as well as kept me up to date, even calling me a day later to check in. Although I didnt find my perfect car that day, Katie definitely made an impact and I had a great experience. If you are afraid of car salespeople or have had any bad experiences, I would recommend trying Boch Honda West out, they might change your mind!

Awesome experience working with Mike and Alli who got my girlfriend approved for the car we wanted. Kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and they were happy to assist and answer any questions we had. Also gave us something for our trade. Unlike other dealerships who didn’t give us the time of day due to our low credit, they were happy to help!Just an edit: We have been waiting over a month for the dealership to get the car registered for us to take home and because we’ve been waiting this long and hearing the same story of it being taken back to the dmv every week but still not ready, I’m bringing it down to 3 stars.I will say the staff is very nice and I refuse to be difficult to them because I’m not sure who’s at fault and Also Katie has been very helpful throughout the wait. I recommend getting with her on any questions or concerns you have. She’s been great!

Don’t get too excited if they offered you the lowest internet offers from TrueCar. They are very sketchy on finance APR.My average credit score was 792+(from all three credit bureaus), but initially, one of the managers refused for Honda 0.90% finance and agreed once I tried to walk out.I also had to deal with the fifth-grader, a finance guy named Chris, who typed CAPITAL letters in email and extremely rude when I denied the external warranty.The worst unprofessional car dealership I have ever been to. It seems like they are running on a mission to get you.Avoid it at any cost!!!

I went recently at Boch Honda West to research and buy a new car, and must say the sales staff went above and beyond to propose a price point at which I felt comfortable, a task I didnt make easy for them. I have nothing but praise for the experience all the way till closing. Never felt harassed and always that I was in control. I am taking a star off, however, because of their policy to charge a 3% fee for card use for payments, which seems a bit excessive for a car shop where bills can be substantial. Because of this, at service time I will be shopping the region for deals instead of going straight there, which is the most convenient Honda location for me. In fact, if it wasnt for the excellent salespeople I dealt with during my recent purchase, I would take two stars for this instead of one.

I had scheduled an appointment after I received a recall notice for a particular part on my vehicle and to have an oil change. I arrived, and after almost 1.5 hours of waiting I was informed that they did not have the particular part my vehicle required and also did not perform the oil change. I was willing to look past this error and was able to come in the following morning to have the service performed with the correct part. The following day I arrived and waited for over 4 hours to find out that they had dissembled my car to perform the service but had inadequate tools to proceed with the installation and was told that I would need to wait for my vehicle to be reassembled then I could leave and come back some other day to have the recall service performed. The first instance I could forgive as a simple mistake however the second visit was careless and a waste of my time. I will not be returning.

My car brakes felt loose and also I wanted to exchange the brake fluids as it was due. They said that fluid change will clear out the air from the brakes and it will be normal again. But it did not . They also suggested a wheel alignment which I did. But after that my car was drifting to the right . I called them to report this issue and about the brakes still feeling loose. They called me the following day and somewhat corrected the drifting but did nothing abut the brakes. They said that the brakes are normal which was not. They should have test driven the vehicle the very first time to correct the drifting . On top of that they charged a $10 for some adjustment fee which I was not aware about . I was treated nicely but I did not get the service I paid for. I am not returning to this place again.

BEWARE WHEN HAVING A CAR SERVICED!!! They now charge a fee for not paying in cash. My bill was 686.00 and my card was charged 707.00 When I called to ask, I was told there was a sign on the counter saying they charge extra to use a credit card. Would have been nice if one of the three people I dealt with told me this. Will NEVER go back there for service again (I have purchased 2 used vehicles and always used their service dept. for maintenance & repairs before this)

Two different worlds when you purchase a car verses when you have to service the car at this place. Purchasing was great,but when it is time to bring a car for the service then it is starting to be a problem. My brand new Honda Odyssey started to have some network services issues. No radio,no GPS, completely black screen all of the sudden when you start the car or during a driving. You are not able to use free hands talk over the phone any more, you are lost because no navigation, nothing,just beeping sounds from time to time. Brand new car!! 5k on mileage currently! I have been once for checking that issue few weeks ago. I left a car, they provided rental for no charge. I picked up my car and have been told that technician checked a system and if I would have any videos of what is happening that would;d be helpful if it happens again. I didnt have to wait a long time to issue appears again and again. So I sat up another appointment to service/check that damage /issue. I was completely disappointed how me and my husband were treated today at service desk. Amanda was rude, barely wanted to listen, was constantly interrupting conversation and totally not paying attention on the videos that we provided regarding issue of the car. I have been told that I would have to pay for rental, otherwise i have to wait or walk out on my own. It maybe a recall or maybe not,but I am frustrated and very disappointed how I have been treated at this place. They love you during a purchasing telling wonderful stories and reality is at the service when you heading a problem with the car even a new one.

Several vehicles listed on website that we wanted to see were unavailable. The majority of the salesmans knowledge of the vehicles we test drove was based simply on what he could see inside the car. The vehicle we were interested in was listed as having a single non-smoking owner. Upon closer inspection during daylight hours we found a cigarette burn in the drivers seat which when coupled with the overpowering cleaning product smell leads me to believe otherwise. This was also the only vehicle of the 28 listed on their site that was not a certified pre-owned car. When I asked why that is, I was told that they had recently received the vehicle and hadnt had time to do it. During test drives of 3 separate vehicles, the salesman would not discuss the prices of any of the vehicles. I am not sure whether he didnt talk price because he actually didnt know or he was using some sneaky sales tactic. It was not until speaking with the sales manager that we were able to get price information. This is also a fun adventure as we were able to find the vehicle on their website that wed driven and the actual price of the vehicle was almost $2,000.00 more than the advertised price. There is a disclaimer on the website explaining that advertised pricing does not reflect the $500 document preparation fee but does not describe the other fee of $1,000. This was not the worst car-buying experience Id ever had, but it was close.

Extremely disappointed with the dealership. I bought my previously owned 2017 jeep compass with 17,000 from there which they sold to me with a broken navigation and auto stop start system. I have owned it for a month and a half and its been in the shop for almost three weeks on and off. I only really had it in my driveway for two weeks. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here at all.

**Update** **Photos below**It has been 1 week since purchasing my vehicle at Boch Honda West, and while trying to speak with different employees (managers?) at the dealership, the only response I have recieved is We were surprised you wrote a bad review. There has been no apology, or effort to discuss or solve my issues further. Even after I mentioned I would change my Google review to 5 stars if I felt it was warrented.The photos below show some of the issues I have with my car, which is only 2 years old, and I do not believe represent normal wear and tear, or proper presale detailing. What do you think?*Original review*Was not impressed with the dealership. Bought a used car. First, I was told to wait for a salesperson and forgotten for 1 hour. Salesperson was not motivated. They did the bare minimum to make the sale happen. I was very close to getting up and walking out several times. I received an interest rate that seemed high based on my credit score. After buying and inspecting the car closer I found the detail department is also sub par (or the car was not detailed at all). There is cat hair behind seats, crumbs in cupholders, stains on ceiling and seats, streaks on front and rear windshields, scratches on instrument cluster glass, a rip in the back seat, and swirls on the paint. This is not an exaggeration. I will be going back to Automax in Marlborough next time. I have purchased 2 cars there prior and left very happy both times. As for Boch Honda West... not sure what to say. I regret going here.

I always enjoy having my vehicle serviced at Boch Honda the service staff is always very knowledgeable and friendlyI always wait for my vehicle the waiting area is very clean and have comfortable seatingMy service advisor Anthony took the extra time to find out what was wrong and said that it all would be checked out carefullyThe mechanics could not find any problem but took the extra time to check it outWhen my vehicle was ready Anthony gave me his card and said that if the issue comes up that I could call him directly and he would get my car in right away. I really appreciate that kind of customer service and will always bring my vehicle to Boch Honda WestThanks for all you doRoxann

David is nice and helpful for buy a new car, the overall experience is not bad. It didnt goes smooth at beginning when query about the price, after have selected car and model, and done with bargain the process goes smooth with place order and pick up your new car. I would recommend buy from here if have decided which car and model to buy.

I wont bring my Honda to this dealership for service anymore. Brought my other non-Honda car for MA State inspection. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I was told that one of the fog lights was out and would not pass inspection. IIRC, my car will display a message if the light is out and I didnt see it (although I am not 100% sure for fog light). When I asked about checking the fog light myself, they told me that they already replaced it, without my authorization. Then I was charged $20 for a freaking light bulb. They even pretend to do me a favor by not charging me the labor because they didnt get my authorization. In addition, they charged me another 3% for using a credit card without telling me.
