The store was nice, but for 3 weeks in a row they have been out of my Tombow markers. All the popular colors are gone, frustrating!

Disappointed that they no longer carry anti reflection glass for framing. They only carry UV glass which just turns the reflections blue. Wonder what brainiac decided to stop carrying something people need. Had to go to local frameshop.

The line is always long at this Michael’s, but they always have what I need! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Found exactly what I was looking for with the assistance of store personnel and check out was a breeze. I will definitely return if I do another project.

Pretty good Michaels location, seemed pretty standard for what you can find in these types of stores. I noticed that they had a great selection of clearance items, which included a lot of kids toys and crafts.

Well stocked store with plenty of nice & knowledgable staff to help you find things.

I love shopping at Michaels for my craft needs. They usually have exactly what Im looking for and then some. The store is usually clean and well organized, however it can get a bit chaotic and crowded during the winter holidays. I also like that when theyre busy, they have every cashier on their cash register ready to keep the checkout line moving quickly. Overall very pleased with this store.

Has practically anything you could ever want for a crafts store, including seasonal decorations. Sales are common, however most of the sale prices are the price the products should originally cost, so be careful not to be fooled.

I had a rather huge Retirement scroll framed and was blown away by the perfection demonstrated by the work performed. Due to its size, the framing would have run $1,500.00, but I was able take advantage of one of their many 70% discounts for custom framing; as such, I was able to have a beautiful symbol memorializing a 31+ year career, at a substantial savings...what a score! Thanks Michaels.

Big line outside... I was on lunch break and didnt have time to wait. I had to order from amazon.

Enjoyed lower than normal pricing. Did order pick up, everyone was friendly, but they only had one employee doing pick ups and that one was the manager, she is the only one with an iPad apparently. Not too big of a deal, but it would have made wait time a lot less.

Standard Michaels store, but it seems that everyone decides to check out at the exact same time, which in every case, theres only one cashier. This is annoying because I have seen many other employees walking around who could easily notice that one employee is doing all the work and they could call someone in for back up. However long the wait might be on a average day, I will always wait patiently because they honor a Military Discount and every little bit goes a long way for our military families. And for that I will honor Michaels with 5-stars. We thank you for the support you give us!

Can always find great DIY projects/materials in their clearance section. Love the options of pre-made wooden dollhouses, castles, pirate ships, bird houses, etc 2 paint. So, I dont have 2 actually be a carpenter 2 behave as one.

It is not Do it yourself anymore it is do everything yourself. Nice store holding a wide inventory.

I just hate the coupon policy. If you dont allow different coupons to be used in the same transaction then kids should be able to use them in a separate transaction with their own money but thats not allowed... I have two kids Im always trying to buy supplies for.

Helpful staff, wide selection of seasonal items. Just wish the picture frame options were either a slightly higher quality or reduced price.

The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, however the lines can get long very fast. So sometimes check out can be slow. All and all its a great store where I get all my craft needs.

Michaels is always a fun experience. I keep finding ideas for new projects and they always have the supplies I need.

Michaels is a great place for arts and crafts supplies, but this visit was disappointing. They advertised a huge clearance event but there wasnt much on clearance. There was a glitch on applying the coupons I had and the cashier was very dismissive... like it was up to me to figure it out.

A lot if chouces, even right before holiday. They also redid their jack stands so theyre able to help people faster than in the past. A great for the holidays because they have a little bit of everything!

Although Michaels is always a great store to get whatever you need for DIY, this particular location is very hard to navigate. There is no flow to the product placement and the workers, at least the ones that I have encountered, are a little abrupt and ready to get you out the door.

I had a very good experience. The store is well stocked and the manager was very professional helpful and nice. I am a veteran and I received a veterans discount as well. Great store.

John in the framing department is so nice and very knowledgeable! Professional is an understatement. He went to great lengths to help me with a rare piece of basketball memorabilia to frame it properly so it will stay preserved. I have had many things framed at the Fallbrook location in Woodland Hills as well. Ive had great experiences in both locations. And not to mention.. The coupons ate GREAT!!!

Clean and pretty well organized

Was hoping to see a finished project of a newer craft had seen online, but didnt have any. Wanted a couple skeins of a yarn particular color, but they didnt have any. Website couldnt tell me if there were any in stock before going. Found book wanted, pulled up coupon, unable to use coupon for that book. Sigh....

Great and fast service i was in a hurry i needed to to pay and it was incredible, i had 9 costumers in front of me in line and only ten minutes to go back to work .

The Westlake Village Michaels has a great framing department. I have had them custom frame a few pieces of artwork and have been pleased with the results every time. They are very professional and helpful.

Was looking for some bulk stuff, Camarillo branch said the Westlake Village branch has 21 of em, so I went. I saw 4 on the floor and ask Sidney the teller where can I get more, she asked Raquel the manager and said the system is not always correct wharever you see on floor is what they have. I had a sense that they were too lazy too help me so I look around myself, and found what I was looking for on the other side of the store. Told Racquel the manager that she didnt even bother to look around even though the store was not busy, she saw me w all the stuff and just ignored me and didnt even bother helping me carry em outside, unlike other stores. How did she become a manager like this?? Awful customer service.
