Pat, our sales person was very personable and responsive to our needs and requests. She provided us with 3d renderings of the closets, which were identical to the end product.Our installations were done in the middle of the pandemic. The workers took every precaution and very courteous and efficient. The end result is beautiful and efficiently designed.Highly recommend California Closets, Westlake Village for your closet remodel. The biggest mistake we made was waiting so long to take the step. Dont be like us, do it now and use California Closets.

California Closets set up a zoom call with the representative and we let her know what we had in mind. She came up with a 3D rendering that we liked. The installers came in and installed a closet system for our master bedroom. It was simple and quick, looks great!!

CC of Westlake designed and installed a closet system for my mother at her new retirement home. This is the second project we have done with them. The first was a much larger walk-in closet project. Very satisfied with the product and the customer support!

So I was very hesitant about spending the crazy money I did on my closet with California closets. We went through so many renditions to get what we wanted and stay within the budget. Katharine was our designer and she did an amazing job to make that happen. The financing process was super easy. The designing process was as easy as it could be. Making the decision between wood colors and door panels is not as easy as it sounds. Lol! But they did an amazing job of making it easy. Let’s fast forward to the install. They are so busy it takes a while to get them to install. But when they come, they are legit. The guys know what they are doing. We had a little hiccup with the design but they corrected it. It took a while to get someone back out here since they are so busy. But it wasn’t a huge deal. The quality and design of these closets are amazing. Although I paid a lot, it is worth every penny. One of those purchases where you look back and say... expensive, but totally worth it.Highly recommend.
