I am from out of state and needed my coffee. I am always skeptic about new places, I need my frappe a certain way. So I walked in and asked my question. Denise the manager was listening too. She came up with a solution that was amazing and I got my coffee made PERFECT!! The other girls working completed my order and off I went.I will be here for 3 more days and will be getting my perfectly made frappe every morning. Thanks for working w me!

Spacious outdoor and indoor seating. Great wifi space with outlets, booth seating, 2 restrooms, free parking lot. And they now have vegan pastries!!

I always get the greatest of service when going into any store. I have been going to Coffee Bean for over 20 years.But I do not like the way corporate has changed things and theyre no longer customer service driven within the corporate structure which is sad.I rarely go to any store anymore because of the corporate change.I refuse to help pay the salary of any corporation that does not give appropriate customer service.

The coffee is a great blend to drink and enjoy anytime of the day.The Coffee Bean has plenty of seating inside with comfortable padded chairs and bench seats.Inside the decor is darker colors. Brown with gray highlights. A series of pictures of different types of coffee beans and tea leaves. On the opposite side, having a single large picture of two shots of Espresso.In the spacious outside seating with three tables and extra chairs and end tables surrounding a concrete center piece this place can fit a lot of people.Lots of electrical plugs on the Inside.Did not run into any large groups of people, I also showed about mid morning.

Coffee is good (not quite great) and there is lots of seating inside and out. Prices are about what you might expect. The line moves fairly quickly as the staff has their act together.

The employees ar Westlake location are great.The WIFI at this location is the worst wifi you will ever experience. For years now they can not figure it out. If you are planning to use their WIFI you are up to experience one of the most memory you will ever have. Get yiubare act togther coffee beans please .

Coffee is great, but I just got the worst service! There were 4 kids working I got up to the line only one in line and stood there for a few minutes without being helped. I felt like an idiot especially since every single one glanced at me, didnt care and just kept ignoring me. Then someone finally came up to me and fed me some bs that he thought I was being helped when obviously if Im standing in front of the cash machine Im waiting to be helped. He had a little smirk too on his face.

Wi-Fi connection is not easy, but coffee and service are always good.

The vibe is good here but if your expecting to study, work, or surf online, FORGET IT! No Wi-Fi and when I asked how a coffee house didnt have Wi-Fi for the customers, I received a response.. Its been down for a while and no reason really they just havent deemed a necessity. So 1 Star

Standard coffee bean without armchairs. Seats are torn and rough, the place is often overrun by older people taking all the seats for multiple hours then leaving newspapers, napkins, and debris strewn on every flat surface. Wifi is highly unreliable.
