We bought a Horizon 7.0 AE Elliptical on 22 January and 3 days later it broke. No way to turn it on - the brain blew up. AND it is STILL broken, 2 months later!! They are the only game in town and they know it and they just dont care - non existent customer service.

I was looking for a Water Rower a couple months ago. I looked at different stores. I went to this store where James Alt showed me different rowing machines and he took the time explaining to me how they work and how i could benefit from using one. I tested them out. I decided on the one i wanted. James even put it together for me so it was ready to go when i brought it home. That saved me some money too. I will definitely go back to this store in the future to purchase more equipment from James Alt. Excellent service, excellent knowledge. Thanks James!

Awesome selection of fitness equipment. I love my new dumbbells and foam roller and James gave me a special trainer discount and the service here was really great. I highly recommend shopping here for all your fitness needs. They also have a great selection of massage chairs and James offered me a free 20 minute massage session which of course I couldnt pass up.

We visited Johnson Fitness & Wellness when my girlfriend was looking to get a new treadmill for the house. James was knowledgeable on a variety of different models and helped us find the best treadmill for our needs. The ability to finance was also a great plus and the application process was simple and easy. We will be seeing James and the Johnson Fitness & Wellness family in the future when we are looking for our next home gym purchase!

I just want to thank Frank Maggio for all his assistance when I was looking for a treadmill. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, informative, and enthusiastic. He arranged for a timely delivery, the delivery crew was punctual, instructive, and efficient. Johnson Fitness & Wellness is a great place to learn about, and ultimately purchase health equipment. WELL DONE! I would not go anywhere else next time I am interested in purchasing fitness equipment!

I stopped by the store because Im trying to find some numbered decals/stickers that you use to label weight stacks or dumbbell racks. When I walked in the employee was vacuuming. I asked him if he had any decals or numbered stickers that you use to label dumbbell racks and -while he continued to vacuum - he said No I dont know what that is. I clarified that they were used to label the racks so people put the dumbbells back in the right place. He continued vaccuuming (with his back turned to me) he said I dont know what that is. (Again) I then asked him if he knew where I might find some and he said No, you probably need to make them. Huh? Not only did he look upset that I was even in the store talking to him but he went out of his way to be rude and unhelpful. All while he continued vaccuuming with his back turned to me. This was hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. It takes a lot for me to take the time to do a negative review and this was a lot. Im sure the service here is not this bad all the time but it sure was today.

Frank was Super helpful knew about ever product we asked about, no hassling with us on anything, just a Great Experience . Highly recommend anyone looking for any type of gym equipment to go see them there . 👍🏻
