Jesus was so incredibly helpful when I lost my keys to my storage unit. He was very efficient and quick handling it for me. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Obtaining a unit was quite easy. The folks at StorQuest were fast and knowledgeable in describing their units. I finally settled in using my unit because it was the right fit for me. I signed up online and was the process was quick and easy. I then walked in to finalize my application which was just as quick. Chris, the manager was awesome! He was very friendly and informed me of StorQuests rules and regulations. Even gave me a quick tour of the place and was greatly impressed of the place! So if you need a great place to store your valuables come on down to StorQuest!

Great storage facility! The unit was clean, and there was a freight elevator to bring up furniture items. Andrea was VERY personable and helpful, even when I made some mistakes filling out the paperwork. She did a great job at helping me fix my mistakes and getting my contract sorted. I would absolutely recommend this service to my friends if they needed recommendations.

It would be helpful if you better highlighted areas in the contract where input was required. Something like the little colored flags you often see on paper documents.

Jesus was super helpful and showed very good work ethics. He definitely was nice, informative and upfront about everything. I’m really happy I chose this place!!!

Last month February was a cold month temperatures on the 40 degrees. . I had gone to my locker picked up some stuff and went back to my car. I locked my keys in the trunk. I had to wait for a locksmith. Carol Chavez who works at StorQuest Self Storaage, was so helpful. I waited in their warm office for the locksmith.When if was closing time, locksmith still not there. So Carol showed me how to use the emergency gate code. And I waited in the warm restroom.. Carol called the next day to make sure everything was OK with me. Location of business is very convenient in terms of distance to and from freeway. Storage units are really nice. Sense of security is strong due to the many cameras on site and the gate for access. Hours for accces are wonderful. The staff is very nice and it was an easy experience to deal with getting a unit. They answer your questions and I would recommend if the topic ever came up.

Not only was she fast and knowledgeable but my transaction was somewhat complex and she went the extra mile, making additional phone calls as necessary, to make sure I my issue got resolved. Caitlin at StorQuest Self Storage on Corsa Avenue was very friendly and helpful in helping me secure a storage unit. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to get to. I also found the cost to rent the storage unit to be very competitive and much lower than other self storage facilities in the area. About 20-30% cheaper to be honest. I had a great experience and would recommend renting from StorQuest to anyone.

Good, old-fashioned customer service has been my experience here. While policy and procedure are certainly adhered to, Caitlyn and her manager are empowered to make decisions that serve the customers unique needs. Ive received professional and polite service consistently and that means a lot to me. Its something often missing in many customer service experiences of today. The facility offers convenient office and storage unit access hours. Its also clean and well lit, and I feel safe there. StorQuest has served my needs well.

Caitlyn met us at the desk and was super accommodating. She helped us check in and showed us around the property. Moving into the storage locker was such an easy process with their elevators and carts. The only thing I would suggest is you bring your own lock but they do have some for purchase in the office.

Weve been long-term tenants. Before StorQuest bought it out in fact. Since their ownership began, things have gone downhill. Numerous times Ive attempted pre and post-office hour access only to find that my code didnt work and have needed to wait for someone to reset my code once the office opens. Calling the 24/7 Customer Support phone number goes nowhere when they fail to answer not even into a voicemail system.This year, we attempted access on 12/25/19 and today, 1/1/20, only to find the place locked up tight. My contract provides for 6a - 7p access daily, including holidays. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.I have units in other cities with other big name self-storage companies and StorQuest is by far the worst.I recommend avoiding this place and look forward to moving my business elsewhere.

This was an easy set-up for new storage unit. Caitlyn has astounding customer service skills as well is personable. She was a pleasure to work with. This unit was less expensive than the others in the area, but had I met her before price checking, her helpfulness may have swayed my decision to go with them if they had been more.

This is by far one of the cleanest and well kept storage facilities I have been to. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and they made sure that I knew my way around the area. I am more than confident that my personal belongings will be safe. I definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone!

I have had a number of storage units over the years and my Storequest experience has been by far the best of any of them. The prices are very reasonable but more impurely the staff are always very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

The staff and management of StorQuest were very good: friendly and helpful. The only reason this review isnt 5-star is because of the facility. Our locker was on the second floor and the only available elevator was freight only, so moving items into and out of the locker was more difficult than I prefer.

I rented a storage unit for a few months. It was clean and well-lit. I felt safe visiting it. Dollies were always available. Kaitlyn, the manager was great when I filled out paperwork, was onsite many times when I came by. Shes very personable and I enjoyed talking to her. Over the last several days I have been working to downsize my storage unit to one that is half the size of the one that I had at store quest on course Avenue. Their staff person Caitlyn has been nothing short of hospitable, friendly, kind, encouraging and thoughtful. She spent time with me assessing what size unit I could go down to and showed me multiple units inside of the building that were available. She even spent time with me deciding what to donate to their donation unit and what to throw away and helped me take place items on carts to relocate.The transition from one unit to another, was not nearly as stressful because of Caitlyn’s assistance.I noticed when I got home that I’d lost one of my earrings while I was there and she volunteered to go and search for it.I Appreciate the experience that I had at store quest storage with their staff person an the cleanliness and security of the facility.I would highly recommend this facility.
