I bought a car from this business, and after only having the car for a few short weeks there where issues. I had gotten them fixed, but then a few weeks later there where more issues. There mechanical work is terrible. There prices are astronomically high. Everytime I had them fix something. Something else magically brakes.
I have always and will continue to come to westlake for service, but this last visit was less than perfect... I had an oil change and service was not as it usually is I did not have the fluids top off and now I have to double check before I leave going forward,, which made me question other services, but all in all the customer service was excellent.
Dave Solomon, great person so helpful, this is my fourth car I bought from him, hes very knowledgeable of the cars he sells and even takes him on a test drive to make sure theyre good enough for me.
The salesman was rude. They paid $20,000 for a truck & want almost $25,000 for the truck. All they do is rip people off. They also have poor service. They take advantage of the disabled. I will not buy any vehicles from any Auto Nation again. I would rather buy a vehicle from a junkyard than Auto Nation. I wouldnt buy big wheel from Auto Nation.
Had spoken with sales rep prior to arrival, told him cars I was interested in and what time Id get to dealership... car sold prior to me getting there but salesperson didnt have enough consideration to at least call and inform me...I drove almost an hour to get to dealership.
Always gets my car in and out fast doesnt try to make me get service i dont need done always friendly
Had 4 recalls in 2 years. Offered the lowest of any dealer for buy back. Was a hassle from the moment we bought the car. Offered services that were never completed or noted. Service takes all day even with an appointment.
Brian Bean was rude and disr3spectful the whole time. Lied and wasted our time. Was almost hit by my own suv because of some teenage kid who threw my suv is reverse without looking.
In general the people at AutoNation Ford are excellent in the service which they give to the customer. AutoNation does nothing on the cheap oh, and you pay accordingly.However, on my last visit I needed to know where my cars lane wandering sensors were. No one was able to answer that question. This question matters because the erratic operation of the lane boundary sensing feature on my car may be caused by nothing more than dirt on a camera lens. If so, the problem could be easily fixed by wiping off the dirt if I knew where the dirty camera lens was.

Horrible service, waited 45 minutes for an oil change, and then they told me that they didnt have the filter in stock. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to get one.
