Found what we needed. Store was clean and orderly. Always liked the store.

Have to wait 20 min for hot americano and white chocolate mocha despite the fact there are 4 workers there. I didn’t know that this is not a real starbucks and this is my last time to be here because many people were after me and took their orders before me.

We love Barnes & Noble! We drove 40 minutes to go here and our kids love getting a new book when we go. Large selection of unique items as well. Plus it’s in Crocker Park which is always a plus.

This is a pretty big location with a large selection of books and other media. The coffee shop was nice, it had a long line but was moving quickly (so was the main check out). The staff were helpful. You could spend hours here browsing books (and maps, and manga, and memorabilia, and guides.... Etc)

Great place for books, but avoid the Starbucks at all costs. Ordered a chai tea latte and I ended up with a hot milk instead no chai. Walk farther down to the actual Starbucks so you dont waste your money.

This was one of the largest and nicest book stores Ive ever had the pleasure of shopping at. The vast selection can easily cause you to get lost for hours. The whole family left with something they were happy with.

Love love love Barnes and Noble. Always an amazing experience and the atmosphere is always comfortable. Workers are always super sweet! The baristas are always amazing too!

Store is very nice. Large selection of books. They did close some of the checkouts due to covid-19. The starbucks in the store is a great idea. It gives a great aroma to the store and you can grab a drink or small meal while you stop to pick up a book.

Would not order $30 book for me. So I ordered it from Amazon and got the book 3 days later. Business must be good at B&N.

Just like going here,especially with granddaughter. Finally after 6plus months found The Boy,the mole,the fox and the Horse. Just fun going to Crocker Park with Doug,and Granddaughter, CheeseCake,Books,then DSW for shoes!

Go to a different one these snobs at crocker Park are just unsavory and they definitely like to hire people who are of the same breed. My money is green just like anyone elses. Just cause Im not wearing a cardigan with slacks and loafers doesnt mean anything. Theres better Barnes and Noble elsewhere drive to mentor and go to the mall while your out there. Or Hell better yet use Amazon.

2 story Barnes and Noble as usual, lots of books to choose from. Didnt find what I was looking for, but that wasnt their fault.

Clean and well laid out bookstore. It is 2 stories tall and had a pretty wide selection, including, bizarrely, childrens toys. The only catch is parking at a garage around the corner for free or paying for a meter.

Ok couldnt find the science fiction section, could offer more discount books.

Clean store with so many options . The staff is all very helpful especially when I’m wandering the whole store for a book. The Starbucks inside is nice as-well and the workers are friendly.

This is hands down our favorite place to go. Selection of books is amazing, the smell is incredible and the atmosphere creates a scope for the imagination.

Horrible nasty rude employees and management. I cannot believe how degraded my wife and I feel after leaving here. All my wife did was pull her mask down for 2 seconds to sip her coffee. We were yelled at and disrespected because of this. Now I must mention that we are both fully vaccinated. We told them this and they said that some of their employees chose not to get the vaccination so we must accommodate them. Please choose a different store that has respect for its customers. The vaccine is available if you dont get it. That is your problem not ours.

I stopped by this stores location because of the selection. They have a lot to offer- however- their staff needs a lesson on customer service and management. To keep a long story short- staff was unprofessional and rude. It will be some time before I return to this location.

Its a neat place to browse around for books, maps, music cds, movies and toys. There is a starbucks inside so if you want coffee and read for a few and still deciding whether to get the book and take it home with you, coffee is there to help you decide😉. The upstairs has a kids section, music and movies. Its a neat place to visit.

Great place to relax and find something good for the brain. Books, games and puzzles for all ages. You can also enjoy some coffee from the Starbucks in the store.

Nice clean, two story bookstore. Restrooms are nice and clean and store is spacious. Can park for free in one of the parking garages or use the parking meters outside of the stores, so bring change for those. Its 10 minutes for 25 cents, Nicklesls and dimes are accepted as well.

Amazing. Hundreds of books, movies, records and more. Theres a Harry Potter section and a large Childrens section. Lots of good reads. Journals, pens, and more.

This is a good book store with a good selection of books. I came here to look around and was pleasantly satisfied with my experience. I walked in through the main entrance and walked through the first floor, which had lots of books and a Starbucks. I then went up the store’s escalator to the second floor, which is where the kids books, toys, DVDs, and music records are kept. I walked around and went back down the escalator to the first floor. I then walked out of the store, satisfied with my experience. I gave this store five stars because it has lots of good products and it’s conveniently located in the center of Crocker Park.

Went in only for coffee and it was clean, people friendly and coffee is great.

I love this place. I really do love it. I love that a bookstore still exists in the world today when I dont even know anyone that reads books anymore besides myself. To walk inside & see other people Milling about- perusing paperbacks- contemplating purchases of actual books made from paper- printed with ink- touched by hands- brings me joy- theres a wonderful selection here arranged according to genres& divided by age categories- also theres a quaint little Starbucks back in the corner if youre into overpriced coffee like my grandkids & their cohorts are- but the seating is limited due to Covid. Lotsa chairs folded upside down. The line was quick and folks were courteous though. God bless Barnes & Noble- it brings me sanity in an insane world.

Browsed the store while waiting for a table at the nearby Cheesecake Factory. Didnt buy anything, but the store was clean, well lit, and had lots of books.

Barns and Nobles feels like a friends house. It is always very welcoming and nice. My only complaint is that the store is always a bit too hot. They need to take the thermostat down like 5 degrees.

I just left your Crocker Park store and was totally offended. Been a shopper for years and won’t go back. My husband and I were wearing masks. A young worker walked past him and told him how he should be wearing his mask. Unacceptable and offensive! We are living in a free country. None of your business how we choose to wear our masks. Will not return to your store!!

Lots of selection. Kids section. Drink bar. Warm environment. Staff was attentive but not annoying and encroaching. Toys, games, calendars, computer stuff, geek stuff. Great place.

Cant find a book? Ask an employee, they will tell you where its located. They notify a person that you will be coming. The person will greet you with a smile with book/books in hand.You will findBarnes and Noble a friendly bookstore, where employees are friendly and greet and willing to help you.Ive been to several stores at different locations, but the most recent one was in Crocker Park - which the review is on.

Sorry Barnes and Noble but you are getting the hit as well! Nobody respected the social distancing rule! Starbucks inside was even worse!! There were 6 people all around the end counter waiting for their drinks. The social distancing mattered before you got everyones money but after that no such rules were fourced to follow. It really sucks that this is our norm right now but it is! And I want and do what I can to make sure I am safe and everyone else as well.
