Blue Dunes Vanity Top - Measurements: 81x23 with 5 splash back.USMG met all my bathroom countertop requirements - superb selection and very pleasing experience from order to install.That said, my contractor (and personal friend) just completed the plumbing requirements and regretted to inform me that I paid WAY over the expectation; he even used the term ripped-off. Total, including sinks, supplyit was $2,634.Called USMG to see if there had been a mistake (these things happen) who confirmed the price is correct. Fair enough, I signed on the line and Im happy with the job. That said, its always worth confirming the charge is you ever suspect there maybe a discrepancy.

I was very happy with the selection, pricing, fabrication and installation of two beautiful pieces of granite I used on a kitchen island and bathroom vanity. Brian was very knowledgeable, even to the point of identifying of the different minerals in the stone.

The folks over at US Marble & Granite are beyond amazing. They installed a full kitchen in a record amount of time and were incredibly professional while doing so. I cannot recommend them enough a I would encourage anyone looking to get any sort of natural stone put into their home to go to them first.

We had a great experience here. Bryan was very helpful when selecting our granite. He gave information when we needed it, but wasnt a pushy sales person. He was on top of all of the details of our project and was always available to answer questions. Ron, our installer did a great job on the seam- you can barely see it! We would definitely return!

Stopped by for Quartz counter top and granite for bathroom. A project worth 2500$. Treated nicely at the front desk. Walked around and selected what we wanted. Signed estimate proposal, they came over to take measurements then I get a call that the material and pattern I want is not available and I have to have something else. What a waste of time and effort. Won’t respect or trust their words.

Had a great experience picking out countertops. They let us take our take walking through the the room and even moved some stone around so we could see it next to another piece. From picking out the stone, to the measuring and installation, they were very professional.

I could not be any happier with my new granite countertops and sink, as well as, my entire experience with US Marble & Granite. From the minute I walked into their facility they took good care of me. I stopped in there at least five times and even placed the templates on the exact spot on the slab that I wanted it cut. Each visit made me more confident in my purchase and they never pressured me into the sale. Maher, Brian, and the installers were fantastic. I will definitely use them again when it comes time to remodel my bathrooms.

As with any remodeling project unexpected things happen. I needed a marble sill cut and delivered in a very tight time frame and US Granite and Marble got me out of a bind. Had new counter tops installed some time ago. The stone was beautiful and the install went great. We have had many compliments and I enjoy it every day. We had a minor issue and within a day they sent repairmen to rectify the problem. Once again the work was done properly and workers were personable and professional. Went there today to look for a marble threshold for my shower step and for a marble countertop for my bathroom vanity. Customer service was excellent, and the owner even came out and gave me some awesome advice and an amazing deal on the marble! Ill definitely be going back and referring friends and family.Also, I just checked the other reviews on here, and Im super surprised at some of the negative reviews. I couldnt have had more of an opposite experience. They must have really taken some of the negative reviews on here seriously and turned things around! I was greeted literally immediately as I walked in, and the owner even came out and spoke with me. I can only speak for myself, but the customer service was awesome!To put things in perspective, this is probably only the second or third time ever that Ive taken time out of my day to write a review about a place. While we do not live in a large house in a grand development, we received GRAND service, product andinstallation from Tom Musser and USMG for our bathroom renovation. We would highly recommend both for product and service.

Great..girl at front desk was a big help......so we went back today and Bill in the back was completely rude amd unprofessional. Almost led to a fist fight. Will never go back there again. Then received a phone call and basically the company justified his actions by saying the guy has mental problems. I was also with the mayor of Westlakes brother. My experience with US Marble & Granite exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent and we were highly satisfied with the products purchased. I could not have asked for better.

The selection, quoting, and installation process went flawlessly. Their prices were competitive and total cycle time to installation was under 2 weeks. In fact, I needed a small scrap piece of granite to backfill my slide in stove and they provided it to perfection. I am delighted with their performance and enjoy our new countertop.

Loved the whole updating of my kitchen countertops and appliances from start to finish with USMG. Their staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We choose the perfect stone and they customized it to my new appliances. You couldn’t even tell where my old countertops had been, the back splash remained intact and granite curved around cabinets and trim. Thank you for making my new house feel like home.

Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could give them negative stars, I would. They make you wait for a salesperson to follow you around through their warehouse. After I found a countertop I was interested in, I was told that they could not give me a quote at the time, and they would email me the quote by the end of the day. I never received the quote that day.I called back the next business day (it was over a weekend), and tried 3 times to ask for the quote. I finally received my ridiculously overpriced quote, along with a condescending email blaming walk-in customers like myself for the delay in the quoting process. I never thought I would have such a hard time just getting a quote for a 6 sq ft vanity top. There are plenty of other countertop stores in the Cleveland area, do not waste your time here. Besides, its customers like us that delay the quoting process.
