They just installed a new kitchen floor and family room carpeting for me, and I am delighted. Allison really was wonderful in helping us make our selections. Terry and Rico worked incredibly hard and were gifted artists who made my kitchen look better than I ever thought possible. Jessie did my carpet and did high quality work quickly with great attention to detail. Overall everybody there worked hard to see to it we were happy.

Lindas assistance with selecting my backsplash was great. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me identify a hard-to-find color of tile to go with my kitchens color palette and we discussed various installation patterns. I happened to find a pattern I liked online and she made sure it would work in my space. The grout color she suggested was spot-on and her communications regarding the job were thorough and timely. WestBay worked effectively with my contractor and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend WestBay Floor Source.

I would like to say it was great - but it was not! I had a very small bath and landing done in hardwoods. The floor was level when I had tile but now slants with the hardwood. The comment was we told you this would happen - I dont remember that comment - so I have left the floor the way it was, however, I called Tricia (my sales person) that the one thing that needs to be fixed is the bathroom door. It does not open flat and sticks on the floor. I was told it was going to be fixed several months ago but it has been radio silence. I had done business with Westbay previously but think that they have been a huge disappointment - in both the install and the follow-up service.

We were extremely happy with our experience from start to finish. We did a bathroom remodel and needed flooring tile and accent tile for shower and tub. Tricia the salesperson we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and when we were “confused”. Steered us in the perfect direction for our selections. She was instrumental in pulling a beautiful bathroom together. Terry was our installer. He was fantastic. Very friendly and extremely talented at tiling. We are beyond satisfied with his workmanship. Had a great experience buying carpet & tile from them. Very professional & helpful picking out the perfect flooring for our home. Installers did a great job, showed up on time & did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend them over a big box store like Home Depot.

Ive got to say, nothing beats a small business. The big box stores just do not provide that one on one feeling. While I initially had an issue with my carpet installation, the owner worked directly with me to find a satisfactory solution. I appreciate all that was done for me to ensure I remain a happy customer. One of the advantages of working with a small business is a personal touch not often achieved with big box stores. We spent more than $20,000 at Westbay on exotic hardwood and top of the line Karastan. The carpet installation was so poor that the seams have pulled apart as well as the carpet close to the wall and around the tile in our front entryway.We found stapes and even a 3” carpentry nail sticking up through the carpeting. Our rugs look as though they’ve been down for years and not weeks.Trying to get anyone from their store to correct these problems has been futile. The owner (Eddie) doesn’t have the decency to return our calls. Run away from this store because walking is too slow!

I spent a lot of time in the showroom on many occasions. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I finally settled on tile for my shower and, wow, it looks beautiful! The installers were courteous and professional and I now have the bathroom of my dreams! I would recommend Westbay to anyone. Thanks Westbay!!

Liana was helpful and sweet and nice as can be.2nd trip in.No liana.Rather, two unhelpful women.I walked in at 4:40 (they close at 5)Before they even asked me a question about my name, my order, what I’m looking for... they said...we close at 5.Sarcastically. The experienced and talented design team took a lot of time to help me choose the best glass tile backsplash to go with my kitchens decor. They made recommendations and sent me home with several samples to try out.When it came time for installation, the crew was prompt, courteous, skilled and professional. When they were done, my new tile not only looked fabulous, but they cleaned up as if theyd never been there.This turned out to be one of the best investments to upgrade my kitchen that I have made. They installed my daughter-in-laws carpet the installers argued in her house and calling each other names and very unprofessional and seams very visible company is trash, owner wouldn’t return my phone calls that’s why I went to a different company, very bad experience

I wouldnt recommend WestBay to anyone. They dont even deserve 1 star. They didnt install our kitchen floor correctly after delaying the install several times, their customer service is nonexistent, they were very argumentative in every interaction, repeatedly lied to us, refused to rectify the problem, but had no problem depositing our check. Very surprised they are even in business today!! Worse than terrible experience.

I just recently started contracting work for Westbay and I can honestly say they are the best carpet/flooring company Ive ever worked for. They go out of their way to please the customer and they do the same for us installers.

Service here at WestBay was great, they did a good job at evaluating the conditions and status of my project. I will be sure to call them again in the future if needed.
