Were kind enough to open an hour early allowing to get my wifes favorite chocolate covered orange peels on Mothers day so I wouldnt be late for work. The chocolates were amazing. I will definitely be returning.

Suggestions for owners/management...turn lights off when youre closed!!! Also, posting hours on front door would be helpful! Love the carmel apples but why have all your lights on inside and out when doors are locked??? From disappointed customer on Sunday night at 7pm

I got the chocolate chip cookie bowl with hot fudge and the man said they had no more fudge so I asked for chocolate chips on top, anything? He said they had no chocolate chips. Isn’t this a CHOCOLATE factory? Didn’t give me any options on toppings and wasn’t helpful what so ever. Also did not change gloves to put my cookie in the bowl kept them on after touching everything else in the store. Highly dissatisfied.

So I normally go here all the time to buy chocolate covered strawberries and the older women, never got a name always was very helpful in making time for me to make me strawberries no matter if there were none up front. so I go in today and there’s this young blonde girl and has the audacity to tell me that there isn’t anymore strawberries knowingly that they keep strawberries in the back always due to constant purchases! So I would recommend management let her know that when working with customer service you go above and beyond for customers. Thanks!

Amazing caramel apples! The apple pie one is delicious! Staff is very friendly and helpful, but overbearing for when you are just browsing.

The chocolate covered twinkies are awesome.

Truffle with mold in it!! My family has been coming here for a while and we’ve never had this problem before. For $3 a truffle, I am appalled to find mold in my mint truffles. We will definitely reconsider coming her again.

The chocolate and ice cream here is amazing as well as a cozy atmosphere. My family loves the sea foam that is found almost nowhere else near here. Its always a treat to duck in during colder months and get some chocolate. I rate this 4 stars because everything is fairly expensive for small amounts but is worth the money.

I love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! The staff is always super friendly. Theres usually a free sample of something I havent tried before. However it is a little pricey but its also at Crocker Park. And Crocker Park is an awesome place to hang out around Christmas time.

Huge selection of delicious treats, but very pricey for subpar chocolate.Although there was a large variety of treat choices, the main thing that bothered me is that the chocolate selection is fairly generic (generic milk chocolate, etc.) - not a lot of regional flavors or specialty product. They just cover lots of different foods and deserts in generic chocolate. Its an upscale version of Malleys Chocolates.If I were to offer one suggestion, for an upscale vendor they should look into offering fair trade, regional flavors - this is something that a specialty chocolate shop can improve upon.

Cashiers were very friendly and informative about their products. I had the Ultimate Bear Apple and it was the Bomb dot com. If ever in Westlake again, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory will be my first stop!

Fantastic candy & chocolate covered apples! Definitely a must when at Crocker Park.

Overpriced? Hell yes, every mall-based candy store is! But that said, their candy is fantastic. The caramel apple selection is insanely large - if there is a flavor you like youll find it here! They also have interesting treats like chocolate coated fresh jalapenos (you have to LOVE heat to eat them!), which are as good (or bad!) as they sound, Haha! 😂😂😂If I were going to recommend two things to get it would be the seafoam (dark chocolate, even though I usually prefer milk), which is delicious and somehow melts in your mouth! The other is the caramel pretzel bark, which is a great combo of salty and sweet: white and milk chocolate, filled with caramel and salty pretzels! One piece of each is plenty, and you wont be let down.

This place has great chocolate and awesome apples but this particular location is to be desired. I had purchased a Groupon for Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the woman at the counter was like a deer in headlights when I asked her about it. Needless to say we didnt get the Groupon but she said that we could buy apples still. I asked her why I would buy more apples when I had already purchased four apples through Groupon she did not have a response to that other than to tell me again for the second time that I could buy for apples. The lady at the counter really had no idea what was going on which is unfortunate because we do like this place we just will not be going to this particular location anymore

They dont taste like they used to. The prices are outrageous. I could take a jalapeno and dip it in some chocolate for way less than five bucks.

I love this candy store my favorite thing to get is a caramel apple I have so much in this little store from Ice Cream to Candy to treats to take home to gifts to give to somebody I truly enjoy going there

The place is very neat, the chocolate is very good but the prices are ridiculously high. One truffle was 3$. In my opinion not worth the price.
