I go into Shell gas station everyday. All the cashiers are always so friendly. Well, my eight-year-old son had the flu and I was on my way to Fairview Hospital and stopped for Gatorade for him. It was at night. Karen was working. A line of six people stood there for literally ten minutes. When I was next up in line my son was crying. Karen snapped and said “can you shut him up?!” I walked out and never will return.

They have 5 coffee machines but never have coffee. Only have 1 of them going and its always empty. Could understand if it was evening but at 9 am every day you have no coffee.

The employees are very respectful and they definitely show that they are happy to help customers 😀

CAR WASH DOESNT RINSE!!!! I’ve went in to complain SEVERAL times and they just print you off a $6.00 wash! I bought a $12.00 wash!! The car wash didn’t rinse my vehicle the first two times, why on earth would it rinse it when they give me a free wash??? JUST FIX THE CAR WASH OR CLOSE IT AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I frequent this place and have every day for over 5 years and I must say that the customer service is terrible depending on who you get, quality of service is down, and overall operation of the business is at an all time low. Not just the car wash either. Restrooms dirty, half the time they have at least 3 pumps offline, don’t have the products they sell in stock and the list goes on and on.

Love This Convience Store/Gas Station! The Staff is wonderful and an asset to True North. They are very friendly, professional, helpful, and have great knowledge when I ask them about my Fuel Rewards promotions. Danny and Deshonda are amazing employees! And they are the reason that I always frequent this location.

The cash wash is great and simple washes start at $6. Plus you save up to 20 cents per gallon of gas if you purchase the car wash.

Especially drove to get 93 octance gas. Ordinarily my car geta very responsive and give great millage after high octane fuel. Used their 93 and there was no difference. Very disappointing.

The girl that looks like a ugly Taylor Swift. Her name starts with a R. Extremely rude. Did not accept my only way to indentify myself with Ohio’s new BMV issued temporary ID and my old card. It clearly states that I’m of age to purchase tobacco products. Didn’t even explain in proper or nice way just said “I can’t take that” and walked away and put my product back and starred at me. I feel like if you clearly hate your life so much working here you should probably get a job that doesn’t not involve customer service.

It had gas when I needed gas, and thats why I liked it so much. I never stepped away from my car.

New gas pumps make the experience slightly better, but getting gas is getting gas.

A few times now the credit card machines on the pumps get stuck in a one moment please screen. This makes pumping gas take 20 minutes.Revision the credit card machines have been broken over half a dozen times

Prices are typically better here than other gas stations nearby. However you can only get in from a few directions, and getting out to get back to the freeway is a pain.

I have been to this gas station so many times, and while the staff is friendly and the gas prices are good, there have been some problems with customers card numbers being skimmed and stolen

Getting in and out with traffic is awful. The place itself is nice.
