Had to drop off architectural plans in Elyria to start a construction project. Googled office max on my route. This location was the best option geographically, but the worst choice for customer service in the print shop. I drove 45 mins just to do business with Office Max, and I was rejected. Drove 45 mins in a heavy downpour of rain just to be told we are too busy to help you today. It takes 5 mins to make 8 copies of plans. Disappointing.

Called ahead Aaron was able to help me with wireless issue and checked stock to make sure it was in stock before I drove and it was. Very helpful

Been to this store twice, on both occasions employees can be seen just standing and talking with no one offering any help. I think they can do better than that. On my last visit, I picked up an item for $46.87. Cashier rang it for over $62. Instead having someone verify price and confirm with her upfront, she made me walk all the way back just to be told the item was infact $46.87. This was very poor customer service. I will go back to the store, but I want to see a more friendly customer service.

Helpful staff. Easy to navigate. They didnt have a couple things that I was looking for. The store is small so that might have been why. The location I usually go to is bigger. All in all nice. I cant wait for the Giant Eagle Market District store nearby to open. That will be a plus.

Just a wonderful experence!!! So i came here with my Friends Raesa and Alexis and Raesa had to have her phone charged as quick as possible so this Lady lets just say her name is Rose she helped her with everything she was very nice and appreciative i’m coming back for sure for a emergency charger

I come here all the time for photo copies and prints. The redhead at the print desk is the most unpleasant, nasty person there. She routinely is rude and messes orders up. Doesnt apologize, even given the opportunity to do something nice, she cant, instead she said no charge, just take them, I dont have time to take your money. Amazed she is still employed there.

I LOVE this OfficeMax!! I went there to get a bunch of copies printed for an event Im hosting, and it was absolutely great. The employee at the copy center was incredibly nice and patient, I was in and out within 20 minutes, and it was SUCH a great price! I was very impressed. Will definitely go there again.

Went there for a couple of necessities. Also picked up some great deals on pens and pencils. Great prices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This store and the manager went above and beyond and helped me out right before Christmas!! We were in need of a game chair and they got us one!!

Fiona sales consultant at office max in Westlake working in the FedEx shipping center was very helpful, promp and kind. My son had cut his finger on the way over and she supplied a bandaid when she noticed. Very proud of her service.

People and stuff is basically there. I expected a little more variety, but maybe I am being harsh because this type of store is losing its need. Net net, positive experience. Always do have the parking issues, but that is Crocker...
