Move in/Move out was incredibly smooth. Both Carol and Christa were awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

It is a nice clean place to store items. We were on the second floor. But the disadvantage of the second floor it was very very hot. Don’t understand why because there’s air conditioning on the first floor. Was not offered the air condition space.

They falsely list spaces for low prices that are unavailable and upon arrival they attempt to upsell a different unit. Never giving them my business.

Hats off to Carol and Kim at Cube Smart in Westlake OH. They have been consummate professionals in working with me over the past 6 years. We have two units at their site and during some very difficult times (due to illness and job loss), they worked tirelessly with me to guide me and keep the accounts in good shape. I have never had a situation that they could not handle or solve. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage solution in the area to visit them at their location and meet them. Kim is so friendly and thoughtful and helped me find the perfect unit for me! She also had dog treats for my dog. She made special accommodations to help me with my moving process and our unit was cleaned beautifully!I definitely feel like storing my stuff here is the right choice!

I first came to this location January 2017. Meeting Carol was the best thing ever. She is everything and then some of a manager and is the true meaning of customer service. She really cares about her clients. She walks you through everything and makes sure you have all the info you need to make a sound decision. She not only helped me, but my daughter when she needed a truck to move her things as well as my son as and his friend. She places trust in you as you give it to her in return. She cares about family. I cant say enough good about her and her location and how she takes pride in her job and the company. Obviously they too must be caring. Recently Courtney joined the team. She too just caring helpful all around genuine individuals. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. You wont go wrong.

Incredible customer service! Carol consistently goes above and beyond. This facility was not the closest for me, but it was the only one that had climate controlled space available when I needed it. When I needed two additional units, I did not even consider the closer ones because Carol provided such a great experience. I would return to and highly recommend this location!

Very clean, secure, managed well. Great experience with management at this facility. Wasnt too fond of the unexpected $20/month increase despite timely payments, but definitely best facility in the area.

I have been at this location for almost 4 years now and I cant speak highly enough about the customer service I received! Jane, now retired was excellent! Carol Schultz & Stephen Uchmanowicz are now there and did me a huge favor. Apparently I locked my storage locker open. My bad, I didnt have the latch over far enough. They went out of their way to call me and bring it to my attention. Great customer service! A quality that seems to be lacking with so many other companies.

Over Presidents day weekend, 13 storage units were broken into and lots of property was taken. The subjects were in the units for a very long time rummaging through the property and were able to open the gates and bring in vehicles to haul the goods out of the 2nd floor unit. The thugs used a bolt cutter to cut open the locks on the storage units. They had lots of time to work un-noticed and the crime was not noticed until the next business day. Fortunately the police nabbed the subjects and some property was recovered but you should not feel confident that your stuff is properly secured and invulnerable to this type of activity. If you are not willing to lose your stuff, dont store it here.
