Store overcharged us, rang up a pair of shoes twice, and when we returned to have the issue corrected refused. The manager on duty claimed to have watched the security camera take on less then 2 minutes and said we were not overcharged. We had to call corporate and talk to the store manager to have the issue corrected. Day to day management at this store are rude and useless, was will not be returning

I shop here often because they have decent shoes when I need to shop for children within my foundation. The store is clean and shoes are easy to find. You can find shoes for the whole family. It will be different cause they should have better understanding when it come to order online and its not really being clear on what the order mean when you make a I purchase and you go to check out. The unfortunate part about large feet as a woman is they dont carry large size dress shoes.... my 15 year old niece wears a 12 in women, I wear a 13.... it can be a bit embarrassing for a teenage girl to have to look in the mens section for gym shoes and unable to shop for dress shoes at all....

They were 3 employees the day I was in there and I couldnt get nobody to help me I have my buddy with me he was doing all the work that employees should have been doing looking for shoes or my son end up buying two pair ask the guy that finally got some Midas show or something asking for a shoe horn and it was like pulling teeth like I asked for $1000000 I wont be going back there and buying any more shoes thats for sure very disappointed and didnt have much of a variety that I was looking for either very disappointed the people they want a paycheck but they dont want to do none of the work and do the job like they should

This location has been phenomenal! I know that Westland Mall has been lacking quite a bit lately, but Shoe Carnival really surprised me. Every staff member that I dealt with - from returning and reordering, finding a shoe and answering my questions about which shoes would work best for me - they were all amazing. Helpful and courteous.

Didnt have much for my 3 yr old. If youre buying one pair of shoes its not worth it because they are high priced. If youre purchasing 2 pair of shoes they give 50% off the second pair so thats cool.

The directions on maps wasnt completely accurate, but the fact that the store is located inside a mall might have been the reason. Which is why I especially appreciated that they do have an exterior entrance just like the big stores in the mall. I wouldnt have been able to find it without seeing it from the car! The store did have what we were looking for... with no overzealous employees breathing over our shoulders!

They have decent looking shoes at reasonable price. I only recommend if you are looking for regular formal shoes or something. For running or gym shoe I would prefer finishline or Nike outlet.

I had a very good experience at the westland location it was my bday and they treated me really good and got me as many discounts as possible. I bout 3pairs of shoes and got 20dollars off and i also got to spin the wheel for a prize and won a cup. I live in lincoln park and would drive there just for the customer service. Great job to the employees who made my bday awesome.

Employees at register talking amongst themselves - never even acknowledged us. Could not find anyone on the floor to help - everyone just kept walking past like zombies. I love Shoe Carnival but I dont feel like I get enough help here. Also, they need small carts. Id buy More shoes if I didnt have to balance boxes like Im in a Carnival Act!! Idk how many times I will be carrying 3 to 5pairs of shoes/boots to get to a try on seat and I drop a couple. Staff never helps. Then I get hot and aggravated. Often trying on Sketchers JUST to go home and buy from Amazon. Truth.

Visited this location because I seen a pair of shoes I wanted online and did not want to wait for them to be shipped. When I entered the store about four or five associates passed and no one said anything to me. Never asked if I needed assistance or anything. The cashier was the only friendly person. That’s the only reason I have two stars. I never plan on returning to this location.
