Bought a console, only to find out when I got home that it hadnt been wiped. Still had parental controls set up, pin with a security question. Had to get a hold of the manufacturer and work with them to override with a master key. Its pretty disappointing that it wasnt done prior to sale. Makes me wonder if they make sure things are actually functional before they sell them. Add to that the console and controller have a very strong smell of cigars and Im not impressed with my first experience with them.

The owner helped me out with my PS4 updates. I he is always helpful. I will not go to anyone else to fix or help with my gaming systems. Cheers Jm

The gentleman who assisted was extremely professional and helpful. I stopped by for a diagnosis of my PS4. I expected to leave it there but he said he had time to look while I waited. He kept me updated on what he was doing and was attentive to all of my questions. I definitely recommend Destiny Games for repair for and product purchases.

Guys working there were nice as hell over the phone and in person. Fixed the disc drive on my ps4 within a few days and it hasnt sounded so smooth in years. Greatly appreciated thanks yall

The owner there is very helpful courteous kind and willing to help you find what you need. And way better than GameStop or any other game place they had everything that I needed that the other big store companies do not carry or have I would recommend this place very highly.

I went for an MTG event. It finally got started 47 minutes after the advertised start time. I even called the day before to verify the start time. To make things worse, I always try to arrive places early and got there 30 minutes before the advertised start time, so I waited for nearly an hour and a half. Very frustrating.

Amazingly welcoming shop keep! As a girl gamer, it is always hit or miss how you will be treated at a shop, so seeing another girl behind the counter was fantastic! The selection of cards, board games, and other items was top notch, and I cant wait until after the pandemic to try our their gaming area!

Everytime I go everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good variety of games (board, dice, PS3/4 Xbox etc) old and newer game consoles too. They have an assorted box and older Xbox consoles cheap for tinkering with. Its worth a check stop in.

They fixed my Wii U controller. I dropped a closed bottle of water that landed cap down and it cracked the touch screen. I changed it out but couldnt get the last connection. The completed the job for me. Awesome work.

I was very excited to visit this establishment, as I entered the building I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Their selection of video games was amazing, when I asked for a game they didnt have the manager was able to order me one. Which proves theres more than one way to skin a cat.

I love Destiny Games, not only do I get a fair value for my trade ins. I can take my 9 year old in there and he feels welcomed too. You also gotta love the lan center and being able to hang out and play few games. Destiny is my modern day arcade and I get to share it with my kid. That to me is priceless and makes them a cut above any other game retailer.

This is the best place to go for retro games, no one has a comparable stock list nearby - the staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner is always happy to answer questions, make small talk, etc - they also keep harder to find retro video game items in stock more than other stores - I have had only (and many) good experiences!

As a collector who has been visiting Destiny Games for the past several years, I still havent found any better place in Michigan to uncover a rare gem. They have used games at the best prices around and extremely knowledgeable staff. If you get a chance to meet the owner, he is great to deal with and loves what he does. You can find him many days playing a video game with a friend or staff member - a true gamer.

Tabletop gaming is always a great time on Sundays. I first came in looking to sell my PS3 and saw they had N64 games. I found a game I had been wanting to buy for a friend so it was a great find.

You really have to give it up for your local nerd shop! They recently expanded I think, and have a larger space for D&D:AL, a FNM which is always a plus!

People are Rude!!! Do not And I repeat do not take your game console here to get fixed. They find a way to nickel and dime you for everything. I will not do business or recommend this place for anything. Find else where. That girls needs to learn some people skills.
