Save your money and go elsewhere! Everytime I have ever been in this store it is in complete disarray, literally tripping over items. On two occasions they did not have or carry the product I needed (root riot or an alternative brand). The bearded overweight guy with earrings is the most unpleasant being I have ever encountered. No hello, can I help you, thank you..the guy didnt even offer me a receipt. Employees just seem miserable. With all the different choices out there be it online or other local stores you would think they would at least try to woo the clientele a little. No thanks, I will drive out of my way to shop where my money is appreciated.

I started coming to this place because everyone was so nice at first especially that the girl that they have working there I have done bought a few things spent some money and youre just totally rude to you I will not be going back there the bigger guy always has an issue and is a total jackass Im going back to find another place that is happy and treats me well I will never be back here again today is the last day what a joke they lost a good customer for life and trust me they are not the cheapest price around I went there because they were treating me nice as soon as they start to treat me like a joke im not going to know more very rude people they do drug deals in the middle of the store to

Great service and information. Competitive pricing with even the bigger stores that dont provide as much individual attention as do the great people at Ultra Green.

Buyer Beware...This used to be the place. Now they nickel and dime you at the check out.. Every time I go there I get different pricing on the same items. They ring you up with the wrong item, then only to give back half of the difference using their discount scheme to fudge the math. Ended up paying 44.95 for what cost me 30.00 last week.. Been waiting for months on items that have been ordered. Not restocking items is starting to be the norm now :-(
