Great staff, good bargins for high quality

Bought a fleece at this Westland mall location. Associate A neglected to remove black ink security tag off the garment, which I did not discover until I was about to wear it for work one morning. When I returned to the store and requested to have the security tag removed with my purchase receipt in hand, Associate B said he can not do anything for me because I had improperly removed the “price tag” and implied that I had stolen the garment. Not only did JC Penny crews not apologize for their mistake, but they make me feel guilty for removing the “price tag” after I have rightfully paid for the product.I tried very hard to like JC Penny. But I also see why their stock price is trading at less than $1 per share. I will not be supporting this company. And as Associate B puts it, “it’s your personal preference.”
