Bought a battery for my harley. Installed it in the parking lot and drove home. The next day I went for a ride and stopped for food. When I tried to start the bike the battery was completely dead. I didnt leave any lights on or anything that would drain the battery. Shouldnt have to recommend charging a brand new battery but that seems the be the case in this instance. Dont waste your money.

It’s like a nascar pit crew changed my phone battery. I had a spare hour but no appointment so i called to see how busy they were, they said come on in. Of course as soon as i walk in a rush of people followed (possibly people who had made appointments), so i got nervous they could still do the job as fast as they’d said on the phone. These killers still had me in and out in 30 minutes flat with my old beater holding a charge like new again. I would let these guys give me a heart transplant. My only regret is not getting anyone’s name but they were all super friendly

Extremely disappointed! Needed a new key fob for my 2014 Nissan Altima. The very nice Phillipino gentleman tried to help on Wednesday 3/3/21. Unfortunately unable to have it completed. Was informed they would find out how to program. Called on Thursday 3/4/21 and he was still waiting on an email, from who, I wasnt informed. At work received a call I couldnt answer. No message. Called Friday 3/5/21 and spoke with a young female that had NO phone skills whatsoever! Will never do business with this company in the future. Guess I will over pay and take my issue to a Nissan dealer.

Had to buy 2 batteries from them in less than a year. Wasn’t staying charged and when I tried to return them with the warranty connected to my phone number they just said, “well don’t look like you bought this from us we don’t have you in the system.”Edit*Battery was for my motorcycle. And no the charging system is not bad I changed all of it when I got the first battery from this place. Absolute garbage this place.

I am only giving this a 5 star because of Jason being upfront and honest about repairing my Samsung S10+ because it was not useable due to a crack screen.***Jun you need to think logistically before you speak to customers like me. I remember calling to get an update on my phone and you said the parts are on back order (this is after I waited 2 weeks patiently). Then you said another location has this part and I offered to pick it up. You made the worst suggestion to bring my broken phone from the Westminster location then go to 11355 S Parker Rd #101, Parker, CO 80134 location and wait another hour to get it fixed. Even that office thought that was a dumb idea.Your staff is carrying your ratings, they deserve a raise.

While some family and friends would rather pay less to do the job themselves more cheaply, I am not mechanically inclined. The main reason I chose Batteries Plus over AutoZone, Walmart, or any other retail option, is because I knew they would at least HELP ME remove and install the battery, but I was even more pleased that Jun took care of the job for me and Mercedes on the register helped make my transaction a pleasant one. I dont like how were always being pushed to do things online these days, but in this case, making the purchase and appointment saved me the trouble and the worry of trying to fix my problem by myself. Went here to get a battery for my gals Jeep. They tested my old battery and found that it was bad. They had the battery that we needed and also had the best price. I have an older model cell phone that I took to Verizon and they told me it needed a new battery but because of the phones age they did not have a battery for it. They recommended I either buy a new phone or go to Batteries plus Bulbs. The staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs helped me by ordering the correct battery for my model and when it arrived they installed it for me. I saved hundreds of dollars by just replacing the battery and hopefully extended my phones life for another two years at a fraction of what a new phone costs.

Fast and friendly service. What I needed wasnt there in stock, but someone called and let me know right away. I had placed an order online. The product was brought from another store by the next day.

I booked a 9:30am Saturday appointment online (earlier in the week) for a phone battery replacement. When I got to the store I said I am here for my 9:30 appointment. The guy at the counter said the Technician wont be in until 10:00 and there is a 10:00 appointment already so you will need to come back at 11:00. I explained that I already had an appointment and showed him the confirmation. He said the only time I can give you today is 11:00am. I left and will never go back to this store again.

I have lived close to battery plus for year, never really went in. So today I finally try battery plus out and, let me tell you. I will NEVER do that again..long story short the guy wasnt helpful at all, and when ibwas asking questions about the battery I needed he basically said I should try the competitor. Never seemed like he was trying to help, more like hurry, idk, hurry and so somewhere else. Wont be doing business with battery plus ever, man customer service has really went down the drain.

Went in for a 12 pack of batteries that sell for $15-20 online, and usually $21 here. They had them priced at $49 dollars, and the employee even refused to match their own website price of $29. I’m willing to pay more to support a store, but this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

We went I to buy a car battery and received the best service that anyone can provide. We needed a battery we could afford and they were $55.00 cheaper for a high quality Duracell battery. The new manager is very knowledgeable about every product. Aaron assisted us and changed the battery as well. He informed us the old battery was not the correct battery even. Aaron made great recommendations and provided a a great experience. Please consider this place for car battery needs. They offer many other products so stop in you will be glad you did.

They say they replace watch batteries but they do not, they say they do not have watch insurance false advertising on website

We had a battery that needed to be custom built and even though Chris told us hed never seen a battery like it, he was eager to take on this project. The resulting battery works perfectly and it was a great price. The staff at this location are very helpful and friendly as well.

I bought a battery at this location in July, 2016. I had to return it in August, 2016. The new battery I received still would not hold a charge. I had a brand new stator, regulator and the whole electrical system checked out. Thinking it was the motorcycle. Couldnt find nothing wrong. Put a battery in from someone else motorcycle. Ran great for two weeks!. Put the battery back in from Batteries Plus. The motorcycle started Saturday and Sunday. Monday afternoon it wouldnt start. Took the battery back Monday afternoon and they said they had to test it for 20 hours. Checked this morning. They still arent done testing. Its been 20 hours. Now they are saying 48 hours. Then they said they called and talked to husband last nite. Which is a total lie!!!! The phone number they have is mine and the time they said they called I was nowhere near my house. The phone was with me at a different location. The employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favorite when they are not. And they are not afraid to lie!!! I do not trust this company!!!! They dont deserve any stars!!!!

Zero stars for this place! the manager is rude and unhelpful, I have done business with this same store for years, having bought many batteries, and having them fill batteries with electrolyte when needed. Today I returned to do the same and they wouldnt fill a battery that had to be specially ordered from Italy. the person behind the counter was extremely rude and discourteous. I will NEVER do business there again and will tell everyone I know about my experience there. i had to hit at least one star to be able to post this!!

I had broken my phone the night prior I really needed it fix by the end of the day today but I had work. I went in 1 hour before they were about to close. Chris was very nice told me he could get it all done before close and it’s be no problem. Joe rang me up and got everything in order. I waited around and they were very nice and funny. Battery was ready within an hour of purchasing on-line. Had to charge the battery myself at home... No issues there. Only big complaint is that the same battery in 2017 had a 12 month warranty - and now it only has a 6 month warranty.. Not exactly comfortable with a battery that has a 6 month warranty.
