I ordered a gift basket and was able to pick it up same day. The man working there was very kind and personable.

I went In to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory with my kids and it was amazing! They had a huge selection and everything looked fresh and so delicious! We picked out several things and everything exceeded expectations!! The service was excellent and they were very friendly to us. It was very clean and there was a park right outside that the kids could play on after :) Definitely worth the stop and highly recommend!!

I enjoy going here to get some truffles about twice a week during my lunch but I have had horrible service the past couple of times from the young staff. They have will be in the middle of conversating and ignoring customers to the point where a few people have walked out. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

Ice cream is always good. Carmel apple was good. The Candy apple however... not so good. Very hard.

Delicious chocolate and by far the best customer service that I’ve had in a long time. Tracee was so energetic and thoughtful when suggesting which goodies to purchase, and when she heard that it was a special gift for a wedding this coming weekend, she got out a special box and wrapped up the goodies. Tracee did a phenomenal job!

I have been looking everywhere for seafoam candy (: miss Amber the store manager of this location was an absolute delight! She came up to myself and my significant other, she saw we were eyeballing the chocolate area and she didnt want us to have to struggle to get by everyone so she came over to us and talked to us to find out what we wanted and gave us even more details about these chocolate items and the banana chip ice cream. She is literally the most approachable and darling person to encounter. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know and please give this woman a raise and treat her amazingly. I used to manage and I can tell you she is one of a kind and you dont want to lose someone like her! Especially since she has stuck around for 5 years and STILL had a passion for customer service. She genuinely enjoys her job and brought a smile to both of out faces! Thank you thank you thank you ^_^

I am a former employee of the rocky Mountain chocolate factory at flatirons, therefore I have high expectations for such a spectacular brand. However, after leaving my old job, I went to the chocolate factory at orchard with high hopes for a delightful staff, and treats. I call prior to find a sassy voice, wanting nothing to do with me, and hanging up. I walk in without being greeted (no it was not busy at all) to find the back counters a mess, and food scattered on the floor. I walk to the counter to order (with 3 workers behind) and find myself having to interrupt their conversation to even get service. They were not wearing aprons, and continued their convo, while hardly paying attention to me, and barely doing their job. I get an old apple (which I can tell by the caramel color and texture from my past experience) and leave without a word said to me. The experience was very unsatisfactory, and left me with a sense of shame for the owner and the overall company.

We grab a caramel apple, smoothie, milk shake or scoop of ice cream here very week on our way over to Color Me Mine. The staff is so friendly and our sweet treats are always delicious. Thanks for taking good care of us!

I love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The caramel apples are great and the chocolate covered marsh mellows are amazing. Everyone is always friendly and they have a huge selection that is never out of stack. Love giving them as gifts as well. Great shop!

Rocky Mountain Chocolate is good but this place is also a Haagen-Dazs which is usually why I go. Good selection of the Haagen-Dazs flavors but a bit expensive. Three quarts I bought for a party cost $38. Thats pretty pricey for less than a gallon of ice cream regardless of how good it is.

They refuse to sell shakes 1 hour prior to closing. Not really good for business!!

1st time taking my kiddo to an ice cream/chocolate shop due to his nut allergy and the staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating all thanks to Paul who helped my family!!!!!!!! Youre awesome!!!!

Walked in to a completely empty shop and two employees working on caramel apples. No greeting, no help. Only attitude and an eye roll from the young lady working. This happened 11/11 in the early afternoon if anyone in charge actually cares about customer service.

Unfortunately, they tend to be short on candy apples.. sometimes there is only 1 option vs. the 6-7 that are advertised. Sucks..

They decided to close early tonight I guess. Really wanted to get some chocolate after dinner and closed 15 mins before 9 pm.
