Happy to finally be able to purchase normal size clothing once again! It is so much cheaper to buy regular size clothes. Although the quality and durability is questionable at times. The JCPenney is a really great store with reasonable prices. This location is the lone holdout from the mall that was here almost 20 years ago.

The fashions are generally pretty boring. Most of the common sizes, on a lot of items, were missing from the shelves. The Memorial Day sale pricing was not impressive at all. After looking through the men’s section for over an hour, I did not find anything that interested me so I left without buying anything. Unfortunately I cannot recommend shopping here. Personally I will not come back.

Got my idem quickly. Service when I picked up my idem was quite respectful.

Went there to buy the wife her anniversary ring,the people where great didnt pressure us into buying something we didnt want. Bought a beautiful ring. The staff in the jeep where great,will be back.

My first time in this JCPenneys. I was okay. They had all their denim on sale but didnt have very many sizes. I would have bought more than one if they would have had more than one in my size. The young lady at the jewelry counter was awesome. I was trying to find a pair of plain white gold hoops and theyre just werent any she looked and looked and looked and helped me try to find some but theyre just werent any. There were lots of yellow gold but no white gold.

Better choices than the last time I visited (think pre-covid). Lots of new development all around too.

Have always counted on JCP for outstanding customer service and high quality of product. They stand behind name and reputation of business. Good place to shop.

Debra was so helpful I took my ring in to have it cleaned. She asked if I had the care plan she pulled it up. Thats when I found out I could have my ring redipped in yellow gold.So appreciate her taking the extra time to check for me.

Just dropping a one star due to Guadalupe closing register when there are still 3 people in line. We ended up leaving as we were next and made no purchase. Guess we are not important enough to make sure we were checked out and on our way.

Rebecca in the Home Department was so helpful to my Grandma, she was patient, and very considerate to helping her find the right blinds and correct measurements! JCPENNEY should be very blessed that they have an associate like her!

Unorganized and rude employees. dont sell size 10 like its not of the most common sizes out there, but they sell double 0 and 30 for all the anorexics and obese people.

It was nice that they had enough workers to help out when the check out line got long.

Prices are great. Shoes in certain sizes impossible to find.

Very little in my size. If you are short or tall or need a 52 waist, they got you covered.

Went for in to find some tuxedo pants. There were no employees to assist or ask for help. I spent a half hour wondering looking for or an employee. I left without buying a thing. Very poor customer service and poor retail management.

Clean, employees helped right away it was pleasurable. I cant believe JC Penny stood strong & they built all them ugly apartments around it. But they have their own parking & easy access to the store.

This location is horrible, the customer service in the Jewelry department needs some classes. I bought a ring and the gold keeps coming off. They have fixed the ring a total of five times. They have had the ring more then what I have worn the ring. I have to different credit cards that are going to be closed due to this. I asked them to buy out the ring so I can get a different ring and I was told they do not do that. I paid for a lifetime warranty and I am getting the use out of with this ring!!!!

Found everything I needed.They have fitting rooms available.Door open on east side of building, next to the new parking garage. All other entrances closed at this time. Happy Shopping.

The mens department is huge and the selection of items vast. I was very impressed. The exchange clerk was a bit on the cold side, but warmed up at the end of the transaction. The new parking garage is real nice and convenient with a short walking distance to the store doors. A nice and relaxed atmosphere. I was very impressed

J. C. Penny used to have great parking and accessibility, now they have garage parking, access to one side of building, handicap parking is on different side of building and makes you walk around to get in... Poor, wont be back.

JCPenney has great clearance and a wide selection of clothes for everyone in the family.. Even the sports fans. I shop JCPENNEY every chance I get no matter the state..

The cashier was friendly and efficient -- the problem was that he was the only one. Even though I spoke to another associate about the long line, no one came to help ... waited 20 minutes for a 2 minute transaction.

Had such great deals, the only downside is the jewelry dept isnt doing cleanings.

Bit crowded, my husband was very uncomfortable due to Covid so we left. No purchases because of this discomfort.

Newly remodeled and still in progress.JC Penney has a shared new parking garage on east side of building. Of which I park in. Stepped across the opening into Pennys. A very enjoyableexperience.

JCPenney had a chance to be a life saver and go above and beyond.. But no they didnt care or even try to help.. They told me to go to the JCPenney store on 144th and I-25 tomorrow.. I tried telling them that was not going to help me out at all.. My girlfriend got her make up bag stolen earlier tonight and needed cover up for work tomorrow morning.. I just asked to get a sample some Sephora cover up but they had Sephora blocked off with this white curtain Four Construction but something please said that Sephora had there items in there but they just could not go in there... thats a little ridiculous horrible customer service never going back to that JCPenneys ever they should have been torn down like the rest of the Westminster Mall...

Well organized and clean store with friendly associates

Went to this JCPenney for the first time today. I was looking for a nice pair of pants. I have a difficult time finding pants that fit since I am slim. A woman working in the Mens Department was quite helpful and I found a nice pair of black pants that fit.The store is a bit pricy and I did not like any if the dress shirts I looked at. Easy quick checkout.

Because of the reopening, they only have one register area open and line was 20 minute wait. CDC guidelines arent allowing fitting rooms so I will be going back to return items again tomorrow. Lots of things on sale though, so, that is a positive.

Had to return some Christmas gifts that were bought online from here. Had honestly never been inside in the 6 years I’ve lived here but was helped by very friendly staff who was dedicated to resolving the issue we had with our returns. You can go to any department store and get clothing, so it really comes down to the service and this JCPenny has the right people. Glad to see they are staying business during the transition of our new downtown area.

Very nice staff. Its JCPENNEY, so most of everything is affordable. Plus, theyve really upped the ante on the style and quality of the goods offered. Especially for the mens suiting.

The only store that had what I was looking for in stock. Saved almost $10 using the app since there were coupons that I could use. Pickup was easy and the cashier was friendly. Only downside was there was no parking since it was under construction. Other than that it was a nice experience

Ojc Penny, I love your style! Great Staples store on tons of departments with everything you could need. Good for Christmas shopping or just running into buy a pair of pants for work. Always coupons to use in great parking. There are plenty of Staff around to help you which is becoming more and more than usual. Online pickup is coming soon, prices are about like everywhere else. They are definitely a staple and will probably never go away as long as they innovate and continue with great customer service I see JCPenney being around for centuries. Very happy we went! Found the best labor day deals & sales! Got a 2 piece knife set ( normally was $68) for $3.69! I got 2 complete outfits for $15 & my husband got his 1st Stetson hat for $5. Bought much more and the total was $69.??for everything. Sales people were great as well. First time in a long time I had fun shopping in a brick and mortar store.🤑

Its as good as a jcpenney can be! Its only got a small parking section while they update the mall. Only the north and west doors are accessible and the lot is on the west side. Its not large, but atleast they have one.I got some snow boots, thinking for sure that the 80$ I spent ment they would last longer than my 30$ boots that just died after two school years. I was wrong... within about 4 wears the souls split and now allow water inside the bottom,making them squeak when they have been in snow or water
