What an experience! The entire staff went over-the-top for me during my visit! I really had no idea what to get my wife. With a few questions about what jewelry and design my wife owns, I was quickly ushered to a display that was perfect for me to find the right gift. Another associate swooped in to take the pieces i chose to gift wrap them for me while I finished my purchase, and as an added bonus, my jeweler took all my jewelry I was wearing and cleaned it all by time my gifts were wrapped! This is Kellys husband, Andrew, leaving the review as i made the purchase. I would have given them a 5 star review however they sent this request for a review to my wifes phone, now she knows that shes getting something from DK Jewelers for Christmas! While checking out the saleswoman, Kelly, asked for my phone number and verified who I was. Apparently the one other time we were in the store together, 4 years ago, they collected our numbers. Kelly was a great saleswoman and was super friendly! However, I wish the computer program that automatically sent the request to my wife, before I even got home, would have sent the request to the correct person!

I cant say enough about the staff here! Above and beyond is just the beginning of the compliments I give them! I had a very special bracelet repaired by them and they were awesome! Definitely worth a trip to see them.

What a great store! The selection is huge and the store has some of everything. Theres a jeweler on-site where my mother has gotten things repaired. One of me co-workers had a ring redesigned. When I got to the store Kelli took me right away to help me in regards to repairs. She took time to make sure I got a chain that looked exactly like the one that was broken. I am more than Disgusted with this store! I had a wedding band custom made and cost a good bit of money. Not even a year later it needed rhodium work done then every year after that it has needed it. I can Not even wear my own wedding band because it causes a horrendous reaction to it. It doesnt matter if it just got rhodium on it or not! This place is a joke!!!!!! I have taken my ring in every time I was supposed to do it could be checked. The last time I took it in the jeweler said there was nothing they could do. Great customer service!

I love DK....I always get my jewelry repaired and cleaned here. My rings look beautiful. I had a very precious gift for my son at Christmas...my Dads ring. I needed special care and creativity to make this very special ring complete....and not only did they make the ring absolutely perfect but they had it ready for Christmas and wrapped it too! I brought my 25+ year old wedding rings to be fixed. The salesman doing the intake told me that in order to get through these screens to complete the intake process, i had to state a value. I was unsure. since he was a professional salesman in a jewelry store wearing diamond jewelry, i asked him to put whatever he thought. On my way out, i noticed the extremely low number he put. i immediately turned around and asked if this was in the event of loss (i.e. fire, theft, etc.) and he said yes. i was so offended at his disregard of the importance of this part of the intake, and the extremely low value he put on the form - that i got my rings back and left. i wrote a letter to the owner expressing my concern and dismay, and asked for a phone call from her. i received a voicemail stating that she knows she has excellent staff and is sorry that we could not do business. i feel that this could be quite a liability in the event of a loss - the insurance company will only pay what is on that form. Make sure you have an estimate along with your stated value. Beware.

It was so upsetting to drive down the road this morning and have my 7 year old ask me why its ok to throw rocks at girls. Sure enough, there was a billboard advertising sales here as throwing rocks at girls. Horrifying. People just dont think about the consequences. Whats funny to some can leave a lifetime impression on others.

Very disappointed, went there to have an anniversary ring made, told them i needed it in 4 weeks which they assured me they could do, then 1 week before t should be completed they called me to ask me if I would accept a catalog ring instead. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED IT. Donna Was apologetic but the jeweler did not care.I would never go there again

I was disappointed to see a friend of mine post a picture of their billboard condoning violence against women. They may think its a funny slogan but I think its disgusting.Please remove your billboard and replace it with advertising that doesnt promote violence.
