I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy home fitness equipment. All the equipment sold here is high quality. Brad was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and he did not pressure us at all. He allowed us to spend a lot time on our own trying all the equipment, but was immediately available when we had questions. The delivery service was great. The guys arrived on time and were professional and personable. They had a little challenge in getting a large piece of equipment down the basement stairs (they noted they had about one millimeter of free space on either side of the machine), but they managed to get it down the stairs with no damage at all to the walls. So, our experience was great from beginning to end. This company really shines. It would be an excellent model for other businesses.

Very nice experience at Colorado Home Fitness. Brad showed us the treadmills that he had at the store, the one that we wanted was not one of them. So he ordered the one that we wanted, and in a little over a month the treadmill was delivered and setup in our home. The delivery people were on time, courteous and professional. In and out in less than an hour. We were very happy with the whole process.

He was very straightforward about the pros and cons of each of the bikes I was looking at, and also even showed me a consignment bike that fit my needs as opposed to just pushing to sell a new bike. Pete at the Flatirons Store was exceptional, very knowledgeable and feels like a life long friend.Brad at the Broomfield store is also so knowledgeable about the equipment and not pushy or “sales-y”, he finds solutions and assisted me with my purchase of a recumbent bike.
