Walked in 5 minutes ago, they require a mask. No biggie, he asks us to order online and they will run it out. Here is where the problem starts. We are sitting in our truck looking at the website to order and 2 other people walk in and he gave them masks. NOT OK

When trying to place our order the guy taking our order was texting on his phone. Then the girl that was going to make our order was on her phone for at least 2 minutes before making our order. I had asked for strawberries to be added to the top of my order and the girl gave me like four very thin slices just enough for 2 bites. I had to pay extra for them and was disappointed.

This place is my absolute favorite. The best match ice cream Ive ever had and the topping options.... Im in heaven! I appreciate the effort they put in to cleaning and even though it sucks I couldnt use the bathroom, I get why! Its hard to have staff on hand for cleanin and customer needs. I also appreciated them putting masks back in order after cdc recommendations. I live with an auto immune and I am as well so its super nice to know management cares.

This place started as a small business and has turned into the ideal American dream for local business owners. This is one of the best ideas for a light but tasty snack or dessert depending on what brings you in. The owner is usually the person that creates mine. However, every person that works there truly seems to enjoy what they do and they do it perfect. I hope every person that likes ice cream gets the opportunity to enjoy this place. I promise you wont be disappointed. ;)

The novelty is really fun. I would recommend getting the kids because the regular size is really too much. What stood out is how clean the store and prep area was even during high traffic! Also, the ingredients are so fresh! The blackberries I got on mine were perfect!

Very disappointed with the service here! I go here pretty often at least once or twice a week. Today I went with my family we ordered and went and ate outside. When I was done I went back in to order 2 more to bring home to my parents. I went back outside to wait. About 5 minutes later they brought 1 of my ice creams out. I was patiently waiting on the other one thinking they were just busy until everybody that ordered after me received theirs and I looked inside and they are all just in there flirting and playing around so I go back in to ask about my other one and they said that they can make it and I told them in the 25 minutes I was waiting for my other one the one they had brought me was melted and could they take that one back and give me a new one and they absolutely refused! Telling me of course it’s melted its ice cream and if I wanted one not melted I could buy another one like ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! It’s melted because you all were to busy flirting in there and forgetting about my order while I was sitting outside waiting for my other one so I could take them home to my parents! Absolutely ridiculous this place needs to learn customer service badly!

This place is great, the way they make the ice cream is so mesmerizing. Even though it takes a few more minutes than normal ice cream its definitely worth it. Highly recommend

Maybe Its my fault I should have read the reviews about the notoriously terrible customer service first before going. If you require your customers to wear masks then try and have some available. BTW when a customer walks in and a two of the employees working put their masks on it’s sorta misleading on what the actual “policy” is. Good luck to this small business.

Horrible experience! Such rude employees! No mask no service!!! Even with you being vaccinated you still have to wear a mask. Employees on their phone the entire time. I definitely wouldnt recommend!

Love the flavors and toppings. The staff has always been great too. My only real complaint is that they are closed the first half of the week.

Great product but poor service overall. On one occasion, we ordered over the phone 2 cups to go, but after we got home, we discovered that they gave us the complete wrong order for both cups. We let it go figuring its a simple mistake. On another occasion, I was charged for something I didnt order and they forgot all the toppings for our orders, which I paid extra for. Fully vaccinated customers were still forced to wear masks in the store. The wait time seemed unnecessarily long for just a few cups. And to top it all off they didnt allow my 3 year old sister to use their bathroom, telling us we could walk across the parking lot to McDonalds to use the bathroom. They had a sign on the bathroom door that said no public restroom, but to deny a 3 year old little girl the right to use the bathroom is just unethical and out of character for a family friendly business. All of these things individually are not too big of a deal, but accumulated together make this one of the worst experiences Ive had in an establishment so far.

When corporate decides to read this, thank you for hiring 3 amazing employees! We found you on Google and I never would have imagined the kindness and friendly service we were in store for! The three employees staffed were helpful in helping us understand how to create our FROZEN SPIRALS and allowing to changed our minds! Our elders with us are vertically challenged and the two young men employed didnt hesitate once to bring in a short table when asked! Definitely recommend this place! Hats off to yall!!!-Texans!

Really wanted to love this place. However, they forgot half of our order and started making everyone else after us. “Accidentally” got placed to the done pile. And then they were too busy flirting with each other then to correct the error.

This was my first time having spiral ice cream. The customer service was good and employees were great at being patience while I mulled over what to purchase. They had a good selection of choices (mango, strawberry cheesecake, cinnamon roll, mint ice cream, nutella just to name a few). In the end, I choose the limited offering of If you like Pina Colada with the spirals being served in a pineapple half which certainly has eye appeal. I would certainly like to come back and try more of their menu.

Great new concept. Its unique, open fairly late, and has quite a few options. Its pretty small and gets crowded quickly at the usual peak hours. Ill go again for sure.

Very flavorful ice cream. You get to pick so many flavors to add in between the mix ins and toppings. I got the latte one and the coffee flavor was crazy powerful! Its a little expensive for ice cream, but you are getting a custom experience. And dont forget about the color changing spoons!

We stopped in for the first time today and were very impressed. The owners were extremely friendly and polite, and explained how the menu works. Our kiddos got to watch their ice cream be made (and on my daughters ice cream, he drew Hello Kitty for her in chocolate syrup before rolling her ice cream, she was very excited).Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Their shop is very clean and very cute, nice open space. I highly recommend stopping in to try, and plan on coming back soon.

I thought this place would be a novelty place to only visit once, and suddenly I realize Ive been back three times in a month! The ice cream really is that good! My favorite is the Matcha Madness topped with fresh kiwi. Its cool to watch the spirals being created, and the employees are super friendly. This place has become one of my favorites, and just writing this review, I find myself craving it again!

This owner/operator (I am assuming owner) was really nice and friendly! The ice cream is interesting as it seems denser or I guess colder then regular ice cream. What is great is that it is so flavorful I could not eat all of it (good for the waistline and taste buds!). I got the one with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and highly recommend!

A friend went there with her kids so we decided to go with our kid. It was tough to figure out what we wanted as the choices all sounded good. I asked the owner what he likes best. He told me his favorite is the Monkey Business, I chose that and was not disappointed. I cant remember what the other two chose. This place is really neat and I hope they continue to serve Denver. It would be cool if they could expand to Ft. Collins. Denver is a bit of a drive from Cheyenne Wy.

Sunday 23th around 5:00 pm we went to this place as we always do probably once every 2 weeks, this time it was the terrible bad, as i told the manager we dont like to bother hard work people but our order looks like a shake by the time she brough it out, i told her i pay for sfrozen spirals and i wasnt gonna take, she got mad and said there is nothing i can do i told her you should bring one by one out to us so this wont happend, finally she went back inside to re do them, 7 minutes late she came back and said, you can take this ones if you want (the same ones she brough us at firts) but i dont have time to make you new ones..... kids were so sad and surprised this never happend before. By the way there was only one person waiting for an order so she wasnt to busy

This place is AMAZING !!! Just another ice cream place ? Not hardly! Its as much an experience for the eyes as it is for the taste buds! Very interactive and the staff are very friendly. A perfect treat for the whole family. Dont let the small size of this establishment fool you as its only limits are your imagination. But dont take my word for it, go see for yourself.!😀

**UPDATE**I’m changing this review form 1 star to 3 due to the response by the owners. However, if the transition to new ownership occurred after July 17th I will take this review down. I’m not sure who’s responsible but on July 17th I started getting harassed from multiple accounts about this review on Yelp.After waiting 45 minutes from time of ordering, we witnessed two guys go in without masks talk with their friend behind the counter. The two “friends” proceeded to stick their head over the glass where our ice cream was being made to talk to the employee. The employee brought our first ice cream out and we asked him to ask the guys to step away from where our food was being made. He went inside and sarcastically yelled at his friends to step away. They did go outside.I didn’t want to write a bad review because I know how hard it is to be a business but this needs to be addressed.I will happily take down or modify this review if I see that a training has been put in place to prevent this from happening again in the future.

What can I say the frozen spirals were delicious much better than the ones that you can get at Colorado Mills mall. They have an excellent selection of toppings of fillings and great prices for what you get. The employees were very nice answered all of my daughters questions about the ice cream. Definitely will go again

Tastiest and cutest ice cream!

Best ice cream I have ever had. We visited here Friday and had the Chocolove, Mint to Be and Whole Latte Love. Everyone of the employees is no nice. The way they make the ice cream is so cool and we found out the ice cream is all natural and that must be why its so delicious.The cups are HUGE so make sure you get a lid and save the extra for later because its just as good later as it is in the store. Thank you to Julian for a great experience and the best ice cream we have ever had.

What a fun experience to have with the family. A crowd of people entered after we did and the staff worked beautifully through it all. My kids ranging from 2 to 13 all were entertained and enjoyed their treats. Only complaint I have is the one size cups. Wouldnt mind having small child sizes available. Other than that we will sure be back!

What this place lacks in cream flavors it makes up for in customization. It does not seem like you are getting a lot at first but they fill up the cup. Because of the Asian nature you get flavors and toppings you dont get at the other ice cream places. You can get leche and hello panda for example. you get to see them make it in front of you. This is more entertaining for kids. The young man and woman that were behind the counter when we went in this afternoon were very nice. She took the time to explain most of the menu and how it worked.

This is a fun unique treat. The kids (5 &7) loved watching it get made. We went on a cold weekday, so I imagine the wait time would be insane on a hot summer day, but worth it. Also, it is priced at $7+ per ice cream (no kids pricing) so bring your wallet!!

We got the SMore Please! and Monkey Business and the flavors and presentation were excellent. Even though we dont live that close we are making this our new go to spot for rolled ice cream!
