The lady working in the dresser room was very helpful, she help me order and find the items my daughter was looking for. We come to this store specifically for that reason, great customer service.

I like that you can get an outfit for a random party or prom all in one spot. I remember going here as a teenager and now Im taking my daughter to look at dresses but its funny how the place has evolved since I was a teenager. But while she was trying on dresses I seen a couple cute dresses that I liked on top of finding her a nice prom dress

Absolutely amazing service in the Westminster Mall! The sales associate, Ari, was so helpful! I walked in hoping to get a prom dress and not only did she help me find the perfect dress, she helped me get all dolled up with the perfect pair of shoes and accessories! I ended up purchasing an adorable outfit as well after she helped me find a cute pair of pants! The dress I found was under $200 and was amazing quality! They have amazing prices! Love the service and would recommend to anyone!

Every time i need a new outfit, windsor is my first go to. They have the best clothes for going out or special events. Prom dressed, wedding dresses, ect.. They have a billion different options to wear which is always fun. The prices arent reasonable what so ever., I should be a cheaper for a the simple things, i do understand why the night gowns are expensive but shirts and jeans and things like that should defiantly be lowered.

I would give them a -0 star if i could but unfortunately they dont have that. Ive just encounter the most ridiculous return policy ever. Went to return a dress that i didnt ware, tag still attached, no stains or anything.....(but just a smell) since i had found another one that i really loved. Ashley who was doing the return said she couldnt give me the full refund or could do store credit only since the dress had a smell to it(like if it was worn out). Before I bought the dress i kept trying it on to make up my mind, after buying the dress i tried it again at home along with another dress to see if it would suite me. Did not end up wearing the dress but to Ashley the dress was worn because of the smell. Im sorry but people do leave their perfumes, deodorants and other smells on the clothes that is being tried on. I felt every offended because of the smell that supposedly I had left on the dress. Its just ridiculous how leaving a smell on clothes can make it seem like youve worn it and its offending to other people that due to their culture or religious beliefs they cant ware any products on their body. Sooo people before you shop here make sure that you dont smell while trying on their clothes or if your going to return something cuz you wont get your money back! Very disappointed! NEVER SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE!!!👎

Good selection of dresses for young women but customer service was lacking.

The staff was very rude when me and a friend of mine were trying on dresses for a party. We got dirty looks and adittude from the girls working. The also made us feel very insecure. would suggest not going to the one in lakewood mall.

A girl was very rude I asked to talk to the manager but she Was the manager. I will never go back to that store
