Good place to do business in, got there at 10am when open. Frank took care of me with the info on my vac. He called me 3 hours later said the vac was all checked out and cleaned. Thank you for the quick service.

Very glad to have found this Oreck repair store! It replaced the one in Glen Ellyn. I had previously taken my vacuum cleaner to a shop in the far western suburbs for a tuneup, only to find the parts, including a roller brush, were aftermarket cheaper replacements. What a difference authentic parts and service makes--thank you!

I have been to this place on many occasions Sat or sun and it is never open. Always a different sign. Today said temporarily closed. Call the number and gives hours and no answer by a person and says call back. Messages full. Is this place open? If not their ad and website should indicate closed. I will seek out a more reputable place to take my business. Based on many recent reviews, none good, I should do it. Oreck used to be a good place for service. Oh well.

Walked in thinking I would have to wait a month for my vacuum repair, gentleman had it done within an hour, even though other vacuums were there before me, I traveled quite a distance due to my local store closed.The man apologized for the closed location. He said you traveled this far, least I can do to show my appreciation for your loyalty to oreck.

Store is under new Management, some services while you wait. Great selection of vacuums. Very comfortable setting.

My mother-in-law recently dropped our vacuum off to be serviced and my father-in-law picked it up. When we went to grab it from him we discovered that it was definitely NOT our vacuum. We dropped off a two year old vacuum in pristine condition (I only took the plastic sticker off the machine three months ago). My father-in-law picked up a scratched up, paint covered vacuum of a different color entirely (grey when ours is black). He didnt notice the difference since he was picking up their vacuum as well as ours, but once everyone gave it a good look we noticed all the problems.The next day my father-in-law called (my in-laws bought the vacuum for us as a gift and handle the warranty services) and was told that the serial number on the bottom matches our purchase order, so it must be our vacuum.Its obvious that they serviced two vacuums of the same brand at the same time and accidentally switched the bottom plates. Our entire family purchases our vacuums from here and bring them here regularly for servicing. I am hopeful that they will track down our vacuum and rectify the situation.
