Everything I’ve eaten from here has been delicious. I’ve been going for over 10yrs. The staff is lovely and helpful and the place is clean and well stocked. Very fair pricing. My favorite bagel is the sun-dried tomato and the hot chocolate is exceptionally good. Plus they have cute little dog bagel bones if you have a pup.

I enjoy myself experiencing this place. It’s not next door breakfast, but I do not mind the drive for the quality of this fast food.The blueberry crunch bagel and veggie cream cheese usually is my go to. This year I tried the Supreme Sunrise on my favorite bagel. My gosh, it is delish! It’s a huge bagel so cut in half is a perfect bite for me, but I have eaten the entire combo in one sitting as well lol.The ice coffee is really good. I like my coffee dark and bold. Just enough ice is a great mix.The owners are genuine and the staff are kind. They have messed up my order a couple of times, but it’s not the end of the world, just giving them 4 stars instead and can improve on the listening skills ;)

This is definitely a local staple - their bagels are amazing, always very large and soft, and their breakfast choices are great. I would also recommend their smoothies ;)

Overall positive experience, appears to be run efficiently. Denver omelet on poppy bagel was good. The only improvement would be to actually toast the bagel until it is brown, i.e. toasted, rather than just warm. Regulars seem to know about the toasting issue and ordered their bagels extra toasted.

We placed our two bagels toasted for pick up, one with egg and cheese toasted and the other one was a veggie cream cheese toasted. This bagels are very different and unique in taste. The one recommendation I would ask if they can use real eggs to make the egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. The order was fast and quick and we also ordered some sweet as well.

The Tuna melt on a toasted Asiago bagel is delish. Been going here for years and they never disappoint. Great coffee too.

Best bagel Ive had in the area, the customer service was outstanding.

Love this place! Love the food! Really nice employees too. However, the way they take and process orders at the counter is very mistake-prone. They should ring up the order, take payment, and print the receipt to reference before starting to make the food. The reversed way they do it now makes it very easy for them to forget modifications and add-ons if youre ordering more than just a couple items.

The bagels are obviously the reason to go - if youve only ever had store/premade bagels, youre missing out!!! Every flavor is delicious and tastes freshly made, and the choice in cream cheese is borderline overwhelming. Just found out today their iced coffee is also AMAZING... I may have to come here more often just for that alone. Also the service is fantastic, everyone is so efficient and friendly - Ive never had a bad experience here. Definitely a plus that you can order ahead online as well!!

Great American Bagel is so delicious. Their bagels are heartier than Einstein Bagels, and they are more generous with the cream cheese. I love how they have a trivia question every day. The staff is always pleasant as well!

I usually love the service I get here and the freshness of the food is what keeps me coming back; however, I went to this location for the first time since the pandemic hit and they are NOT requiring their customers to wear a mask. The staff are wearing masks, but while I and another very senior man were there another 2 men came in and neither were wearing masks. I asked the staff why they didnt ask them to put on masks and the woman said she didnt notice it. Sigh....Then, while getting into my car I spoke with the owner of this location. His response was laughable and sad. Until they decide that MY life is just as important and every other customers life, I wont be back. Oh, by the way----ITS THE LAW, Mr. Owner. GET WITH THE PROGRAM OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!

I usually love great American bagel, but my bagel was disgusting. It was somehow burn on the inside and cold and not toasted on the outside? Idk how that is even possible. Staff was nice tho

Really good quality good, but at a price. Very fresh and delicious and filling. If taste is the only thing that matters, then rate this place 5 stars.I knock a star off for the price. Breakfast bagels should not break the piggy bank, but that is what you get here. Expect to spend at least $20 for 2 people. I would like to see it under $15.I also have to knock a star off because ordering is absolute chaos here. They do not take your entire order before they start making the food. So the result is a bunch of people standing around in front of the counter waiting to simply complete the order. It is frustrating and could be improved.

This was my first visit. Their menu is rather large. Thank goodness for the man behind the counter, he was very helpful. Had a BLT wrap. It was very nice and definitely filling.

They were wonderful. There was a little old lady there that day and you could tell she was definitely on a fixed budget. When she paid for an to-go fruit cup they have her a bag full off bread and bagels. Good for them.

Decent bagels for the midwest. Nothing compares to NYC. Pricey, a bagel with bacon egg and cheese should not set you back 6 bucks. Whatever happened to right price builds loyalty. But when you need your bagel fix, it will do. Lox is also astronomically priced. And the smear is thin. You gotta slather that cream cheese on folks. They need daily specials. Breakfast shouldnt need to go on a credit card

Great variety of bagels and other breakfast options. My favorite is the everything Swiss bagel. Good sandwiches for lunch and friendly service. Plenty of seating indoor/out, clean restrooms, and musical acts on the weekends.

Absolutely love this place. Even when its busy, someone is there to help. The owner is actually always there (at least the numerous times Ive been). Bathrooms and restaurant are both very clean and the food always tastes fresh.

Never going back there again they mess up my orders every single time Ill just have to make the drive to Einstein Bagels since they make my orders right! If I could give this place no stars I would...also they dont have changing tables in their bathrooms so I have to change my baby on the dirty floor!

Very tasty and a nice change of pace from McDonalds. Only callout is that some bagels are premium and thus can make your Egg/Omelet a bit more expensive. I found that out at the register. Fast and good though, multiple Cholula sauces and lemon juice available was appreciated.

Best bagels in the western suburbs. Large and chewy. Stores in Burr Ridge, Western Springs and Westmont.In addition to the obvious flavors, there are some pizza flavored bagels which are good for when you have 3 minutes for lunch between appointments.

I love love love love this place. As a child my dad(r.i.p) took me to former location in Berwyn il on cermak and home. No longer there if anyone remembers. Well I was blessed to move to downers grove il where I found this location on Odgen in Westmont il where the staff are amazing and the restaurant is well maintained. Great customer service with awesome food. I always get my usual ..ham egg and American cheese on a toasted plain bagel. I love it so much paired with either chicken with wild rice or cream of broccoli.YYYYYUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMM. SO DELICIOUS THE BEST SPOT FOR BAGELS all their food AND their SERVICE. fast and reliable. never a disappointment. Must go must try must love.
