Staff inside the store is personable, helpful and zero hard sell. Expect to only keep your samples a few days though. The installers were great. Amazing craftsmanship, friendly, tidy, on time, did great work. We had so much work done, and are happy with the product and experience.

We bought the carpet that we liked and were sold as this is great carpet 6 months ago but were not told that this carpet was tricky to install when matching the seams together. So the transition areas from bedrooms to hallways and right in the middle of the hallway looks terrible. They did not fix it and said the best would be not to carpet the hallway... Would not buy from them again
