Great cigarette prices (if you smoke), paraphernalia, and other “questionable” items in the store. But it is also a head shop so that’s a given. Staff could be more responsive when walking in. The one dude is ALWAYS on his phone.

Been here twice after being ripped off by Rockys Smoke Shop prices. They have the same stuff but alot cheaper. The dude that works on Sundays is pretty cool too and they work with you on pricing. This spot is definitely underrated.

Ownership changed in the last year. What used to be a friendly place to go is no longer. The new owner is quiet immature without regard for the customer experience. Its not unusual for him to ring you out while talking on his cell phone in his native language. The other day I was standing by the register and he continued to stock the lottery ticket stand instead of coming over an rining me up. Terrible service. The former owners dog understood friendliness better than the new owner.

Have been shopping here for years. Everyone has always been friendly and attentive. Wondering if the other reviewer on here is not a competitor, because I cannot imagine the problems they stated are true. They seem very customer service oriented.

Horrible service and would rather rip you off then make you a happy customer. They do not care about customers satisfaction and take advantage of innocent older people. I would rather drive the extra mile and go some where else.
