We had a great experience with Dilworth when getting our new front door. Casey was super helpful and guided us through the options and the process and was always responsive and on time. The installers did a great job, even though whoever previously installed our front door made some interesting modifications to the frame that they had to fix. We initially visited another nearby door store and were turned off by their sales process, and constant need to try to upsell us. We never felt any unwanted pressure from Dilworth and in the end our expectations were exceeded in every way!

We are very pleased with our new windows. I had the pleasure to open all the front windows (formerly the front picture window) on a breezy, mild evening and sitting by our beautiful new windows with such an open air feeling to the outdoors was a treat. The dining room, rebuilt double hung configuration is so attractive and streamlined too. Finally, the install crew was so pleasant and efficient. Casey Jones and Jerry Dilworth, as well as the entire Dilworth team from the office appointment scheduler to the installer, were fantastic. The ProVia doors we had installed (4 in total) are great quality and were delivered as exactly as we had ordered. One of our biggest concerns was the ability to keep the original woodwork around the new doors in the interior of our house. Another local door and window company told us that they could try, but would not guarantee anything. With Dilworth, Casey and Jerry gave us assurances that it could be saved, explaining and showing us how the doors would be installed, and they delivered (or should I say Henry the installer delivered) on that promise. Also, the doors were installed within the timeline that Dilworth promised. Separately after installation, we had a small, weatherstrip issue with one of the doors and Dilworth did not hesitate to contact the manufacturer and arrange for their local ProVia Sales Manager to come to our house and fix the problem. From start to finish, Dilworth delivered on all of their commitments to us.

Dilworth windows sold windows to the previous owner of my house back in 1998. The windows are still in great shape, but time and a few rough handlings by window washers left a few in need of repair. I worked with Lisa and Karen and they were incredibly helpful in determining how to help me! Sunrise windows online customer service was amazing as well and sent me replacement parts within a week. Karen sent a service man named Alex a few days later. He checked every window, made all repairs, and showed me how to maintain windows on my own. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. Casey Jones was our salesman and was terrific from the quoting of the product to an issue we had after the installation. He wasnt pushy, wasnt advertising books hes authored (yes another salesman did this), was responsive and courteous. When making this purchase I wanted to not only support a local business but also buy from one that I felt would be there for any issues. Dillworths installers were sure to remove their shoes in our home, tarped over the carpet, and did a great job with the install and the cleanup afterwards. Alex not only lives in the area but was gracious enough to come over after hours when we experienced an issue that ultimately was user error. Great people to deal with.

I wanted a high quality window to replace all the windows in my house. I also wanted reliable and responsive customer service. I spent a lot of time researching and having contractors over for estimates. I finally decided on ProVia Windows from Dilworth Windows. The sales person was knowledgeable and responsive, the installers were capable, efficient and professional. All seemed fine until I tried to lock them but the two sashes wouldnt meet closely enough to engage the lock. I called Dilworth for help and after waiting and not getting any real answers or help, I was discouraged and wrote a critical review. The owner, Jerry Dilworth, responded shortly and after sincere apologies he, himself, came out to see to look at the windows. It turns out that it was more a problem of the manufacturer rather than the installation. It was an easy fix and now all the windows work properly. In the end I did get the product, installation and customer service I wanted. I would recommend these windows and Dilworth Windows.

Honestly, I wish i was able to give 5-stars like the rest of the reviews here. My wife and I personally visited their location to inquire on patio doors, since the individual that originally came to our home is no longer there. We were greeted by Jerry Dilworth, seemed like a nice guy until I started asking questions, at which point I feel like he was talking down to me. I asked why the price of the doors were more when choosing 0% financing instead of paying by check or cc. He said I was the only person to ever ask that question. Its funny, if I was to purchase patio doors from Lowes or Home Depot, the price of the door would be the same regardless of how I paid. Same thing goes for any other large purchase ive ever made, whether its a vehicle or furniture, price doesnt change because i choose 0% financing. Anyway, we almost walked out after being treated that way, but decided to give him a chance since we needed the doors replaced and they had 5-star reviews. Needless to say, we were planning on spending over $10k on patio doors and never received a call back or email as promised from Jerry. This is going on 3 weeks since we visited their location, and were promised a new quote the following week we were there. Its a shame, you try to give small business your hard earned money and they dont take it. Im guessing they are overwhelmed with work and our order wasnt big enough for them.

Very disappointed!! First I call to set an appointment for someone to come to my house and give an estimate to install new front entry doors. I spoke with Lynnette and she tells me they do not come out past 1:30 pm for estimates. This means I have to take off work to get an estimate, I explained that I have double front entry doors and one does not open and she is hesitant and tells me she does not know if they can do the job, but sets an appointment to have someone look at it, I am confused why you advertise that you install entry doors if you cannot do the job. Then approximately just over a week later I get a voicemail telling me she spoke with the owner Jerry and he says they cannot do the project and they are cancelling my appointment. They never even came to the house to look at it.

My experience with Dilworth windows and doors starts with sales rep Jason Bye. Jason is very knowledgeable of basic construction framing, and of the windows and doors products that he is selling. Jason helped us with matching our trim colors exactly .The installers Mark & Jose introduced themselves, and explained the work they were going to do. They ask if we had any questions before starting the job. They put down drop cloth to protect the floors, and keep the work area contained. They worked quickly, and professionally to install the front, and side doors on the 1st day. On the front door we were able to work together to relocate my electrical lines for my doorbell. Patio door was delayed for a day due to storms. The patio door was put in the same professional way the front and side doors were installed.We are Very pleased with the workmanship of Dilworth, and if we need anymore Windows and door work they Will be the ones we call.

We have had our windows from Dilworth for about a year now and I would like to say my wife and I are very happy with our decision. We looked at two other companies, both well known and one a national brand, and we selected Dilworth. Jason was our rep and we felt he was open and honest with us. He answered all our questions and even came back to respond to follow-up questions we had before we made our final decision.We were a little disappointed in the length of time we had to wait for the windows but that was not the fault of Dilworth. If you remember we had a rather rainy summer and early autumn, and this pushed out their installation schedule. But once the team got here, they completed the installation in less time that they estimated. We were more than happy with their work.During the installation the team foreman approached me and explained the frame on one the of the bedroom windows had cracked. He finished the installation and had already ordered a replacement window even before letting me know of the problem. He explained they had no idea where or when the frame cracked but we had nothing to worry about as they would replace it for free. Additionally, the crack was not in a location that compromised the structural integrity of the window unit. The replacement arrived, we scheduled a date for it to be installed, and we have been enjoying our new windows ever since.We purchased our home in the spring and fortunately never had to endure a winter with the old windows, but we are very glad we did not as the windows we purchased from Dilworth worked better than we had hoped. As one would expect with new windows we are not experiencing drafts and the windows do not transfer the outside cold into the house or vise-versa.To sum things up. If you are looking for new windows for your home, be it one or twenty three like ours, look around, do your due diligence and get quotes from a variety of sources but please, please make sure you give Jason and the entire team at Dilworth an opportunity. You will not go wrong nor will you regret the decision.

Its been 12 years since Dilworth installed 22 windows and a sliding, patio door. At that time, I wrote a Testimonial about this AMAZING company. Now I have the opportunity to tell you once again how PLEASED I am with Dilworth. Our patio, screen door was not sliding well at all. Upon calling Dilworth last week, we received immediate, easy suggestions to remedy the situation. These did not work and a follow-up call to Dilworth brought the owner of the company, Jerry Dilworth, to our home the very next day! Jerry assessed the situation, and came back promptly with another company worker to adjust and reposition the screen door frame which took some work and time. He also recaulked the area in front of the door track and even repaired some missing caulk from our concrete area adjacent to the frame. Jerry Dilworth did all this with a smile! I was having problems with the screen door on the patio door that had been installed the previous year. The company owner came out the day after my call and made the adjustment needed so the door opened and closed properly. My experience with Dilworth Windows now spans about 8 years. I originally had 4 windows and my patio door replaced about 7 years ago. Dilworth had just completed a house next door to me and I asked my neighbor about they experience. They gave them rave reviews and said their parents had used Dliworth many years prior...and were 100% satisfied. Thats was enough for me!The work done 7 years ago still looks like they did it yesterday. I just had the remainder of my entire house completed and the house looks amazing. The window quality is outstanding, the color match to my window trim is spot on...and their installation guys are highly skilled and very professional. Super job...I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at a small to larger job.

This is the same review I posted on Angies List.Great.Dilworths came out and gave us a better estimate for better quality windows than other places. He did a very professional demo and explained all our options far better than other companies.They came and installed the windows on time and in an efficient manner. It has been a few days and it has rained and we have had no issues. The new patio door is great. I would recommend Dilworths to anyone looking for windows or doors.My only complaint is that the salesman never called to see if we were satisfied with the installation. That would have been nice. Especially because we will need to do the upper level windows in the future.

After 40 years in our family home it was time for my folks to have their windows replaced. With high recommendations from the next door neighbor, we reached out to Dillworth and met with Jason Bye. His name should actually be Jason “Hello!” Because that’s exactly the feeling you get with this professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable young gentleman. I can’t say it enough. Jason is THE BEST in sales and customer service. Mind you, our family home was in need of whole house replacement windows and Jason spent many hours explaining, measuring, showcasing, and guiding us through the whole process with absolutely no pressure at all. Who knew windows (and patio doors) could be so complex and structurally complicated? Jason does! He has the vision and creativity one can only ask for in making big decisions that feel too overwhelming to make on your own. And then there’s Jose, Mark, and Alex who are the only crew to install ALL of the the windows from top to bottom. Their work was quick, super clean and yet installed to perfection. You can’t get quality installation in such a short span of 3 days unless you’re an expert at what you do. And these guys are the experts!! I can go on and on on how much we love the Dillworth company, Jason, Jose, Alex, and Mark but there’s not enough space or time for you to keep reading. You’d think we’d want to adopt them already! I can’t thank them enough for our beautiful windows and patio door and how they look and gave our family home a new makeover that’s HGTV worthy. But I will. Thank you soooo much!!!
