I went in for a windshield replacement, and I received pretty good customer service. When I walked into the office, the receptionist looked at me for awhile, instead of asking what I was there for, so that was a little awkward. But overall, I had a good experience. The replacement only took a few hours, and they charged a reasonable price. I was also happy that they were able to fix my review mirror that had been wobbly before I took it in.

Melissa was pleasant over the phone and sent a proposal the next day or 2 which I immediately approved. I wrote several responses, called and left messages but no response. I don’t know what happened.

Over the last two and a half years I have worked on completing my 9,000 square foot home in the western suburbs. During construction I relied on D. Pollack Glass and Mirrors for all my interior glass needs. From full length mirrors, cabinet shelving, table tops and shower doors, the work was all accurate, on time and on budget. They made many suggestions before, during and after construction which proved to be extremely helpful.Their installation was the quality of a master craftsman. They delivered on time and the cost was very reasonable. They were one of the few trades that I could count on to consistently show up on time. They were very neat and clean and considerate and treated my home with respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Should I ever need glass work in the future they will be my one and only choice.

I stopped in to get an estimate for some glass I needed. Not only was the staff friendly, but I was pleasantly surprised at the value I got. The order was ready way faster than initially estimated and the custom shaped cut fits like a glove.

D Pollack Glass was excellent to work with on my bathroom redo. They were able to make existing glass work, which was no small feat. In one instance, there was no way to keep glass, they still found a way to save us some costs by using existing hardware. They always made our job a priority, worked efficiently and were easy to work with. I would work with them again and highly recommend them.

Walk in the store woman behind the counter asked if we needed help and if we had our shower door measurements. I said we were looking to get prices and our contractor had the measurement. That was it. We looked at the shower doors and neither woman behind the counter came over to help. I will go elsewhere.

Their prices are highly reasonable, even they privude me free delivery on top if it. ( no doubt not too far but its very much beneficial to me),Cutomer care and service by the other staff members are excellent.
