Super impressed with this business! My husband and I brought our wedding rings in for resizing. Every staff person we interacted with, via phone and in person, was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were quoted and charged a fair price for the work. Truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I called to check if they would look at an old ring I had passed down to me from a family member and they gave me the store hours and best times to come in. I didn’t have any luck finding a company that would offer what I was looking for after I verified the authenticity and worth. I went into the store and was met with warm smiles and explained my intentions. The company was extremely fair with their price and truly made the experience very accommodating. Once I arrived at the store I was greeted promptly and he showed me their selection of paper currency. You have to know what you are bringing in to this store before blindly going in and getting an appraisal. How do you mix up 14kt gold for 24kt gold when this is what you do for a living? Dont trust them.

I went there to get a price on some items I didnt need any longer. I man scammed me by not weighing things out properly, silver separate from gold. Then he pressured me into things, telling me the stones on the jewelry were worthless. I only sold him a few items, thank goodness, but they are dishonest and Do Not pay you correctly. I man who priced us went as far as to say he had been doing his job since he was 10 years old there. I guess it takes time to know how to swindle people properly!I know people have the right to make money but, they take advantage!!!!

Beware, very low offer on gold and silver. They tried offing me $373 for some gold. When down the street and got $850. Its your call. There is 5 places ( gold and silver buyers with in 2 miles) trust me get a second opinion.

I have dealt with these people for years. You may get a fair price but less than you think when you come in. Years ago I was ripped off on some gold chains I sold to John Burnett. After that I posted a negative review. I called him an hour after I realized that he scaled one chain and not the two I gave him. Anyway he told me the chains were already melted.OK So now Bryan runs the show. Almost any Certified Gold coin you bring in is not even worth melt. Dates, Mintage, Condition and Weight mean nothing to these people.If you need instant cash for your items you will receive nice new 100 dollar bills. The last coin I sold them was a MS70 certified PCGS 1 ounce US gold coin. Received 50 dollars less than melt. Try Distinctive Coins or Fox Valley Coins.
