This company is a sub contractor for cabinets to go . They were tasked to fabricate and install countertop. They sent out there measuring crew which at the time explained that they might have to put a seam at the sink . Which the client and Myself said no seams . There isn’t a need for one . This is not a large countertop.They called the customer to tell her they are going to charge an additional 250.00 to have the correct amount of people to install the countertop. Talking to the installers today they always send out two people . So hidden up charge for no apparent reason. Showed up today to install the countertop and looking at the blueprints they had in relation to the actual counter top they were off by and 1/8. To which I was told and 1/8 isn’t anything . Though paying 2500.00 for a countertop you figured it would . What happened is it pushes the sink off center of the above cabinet. Their blueprint calls for 45 “ in reality it’s 45 1/8. The final kill shot and lack of installer quality is they offset the faucet by more then 3/4 . Which in enclosed pictures shows the faucet looking horrible. I was given every excuse possible. The sink was in the way which it isn’t . I was told “ they offset them all the time “ . Yeah he sink being a 60/40 they are all like that. They need 1 1/2” around the edge were clearly they held it 1 13/16 in one spot . They remedy to this is to uninstall take it back to the shop plug the hole and re install. Timeline is 3 weeks . So customer has to wait 3 weeks for them to correct something they had nothing to do with . Paid their hidden fees . This a shame lack of customer support, failure of quality. Buyer beware this company will up charge you and does poor quality. They had to trim stone at the house cause the stove wouldn’t fit . Seems as if they are just winging it in the hopes that the consumer won’t realize .
