Friendly, fast and honest! New owners couldn’t possibly be kinder! I brought in my two older Orecks unsure if they even worked and was pleasantly surprised with a call back 4 hours later to two freshly serviced free of charge tune ups. The Owners helped me get the right vacuum bags, an odor neutralizer to help with our carpeting and the dogs and even helped me carry it all to my car! Very pleased!

The new owner is will not do any checkups/warranty without your original purchase receipt, even when we purchased from that store. Nothing but a hassle to deal with.

BJ was amazing! I went to this store a year or so ago and had a terrible experience!I was dreading having to go back but BJ changed my perception. I walked in and was greeted even as he was with a customer. After he was finished with the previous customer, he jumped on my issue quickly. Needed a new cord and gave me the price. You can’t leave your vacuum due to Covid so he said give me 20 minutes and in about 10 he was finished. He was polite and very appreciative of my business. I will continue to come here and give them my business. Thanks

Excellent professional service !!! This Oreck is also listed as a repair facility for my rug shampoo machine, and they were so great in sorting out what was wrong and checking the machine out. They were honest and it was a simple issue that they addressed. I will go back and purchase from them when I need my next cleaning product based just on this experience. Cannot say enough good things about them! Extremely helpful !!!
